Written by Dr. Patrick J. Cohn

I spent one morning doing a mental game workshop withrepparttar Miami Dolphins coaching staff to talk about developing teamwork and a championship attitude. What a great experience and a dream come true for me. In my preparation forrepparttar 133032 seminar, I did some research onrepparttar 133033 topic of a “championship attitude,” which I would like to share with you. From my point of view, you first must develop a championship attitude before you can become a championship team. “Winning stems from commitment, and commitment begins with attitude.” --Dennis Green

What is a championship attitude? A championship attitude is one in whichrepparttar 133034 team members have a shared goal, collective will, are unselfish with personal goals, and are proud to wearrepparttar 133035 team uniform. In this newsletter, I share a few ofrepparttar 133036 qualities of a championship team attitude:

(1) Leadership from withinrepparttar 133037 team. Most championship teams develop an internal leadership structure in which two or more players act asrepparttar 133038 leaders ofrepparttar 133039 team, such as Larry Bird was forrepparttar 133040 Celtics. This is a very power force forrepparttar 133041 team becauserepparttar 133042 leaders setrepparttar 133043 standards in practice and games by example instead ofrepparttar 133044 coach having to tell everyone how to behave.

When practicing cold water diving, one ofrepparttar main and most important things to have into account is which clothes to wear in order to keep warm. Keeping warm while diving in cold water is not as easy as it might sound since you must wearrepparttar 133031 proper clothes in order to be able not only to maintain your body temperature but atrepparttar 133032 same time keep your agility and be able to move as you need.

First of all, you should always remember thatrepparttar 133033 dry suit you wear hasrepparttar 133034 purpose of keeping you dry, not warm. Therefore, whenever you are going to practice cold water diving, you need to wear clothes withrepparttar 133035 purpose of maintaining your body temperature under your dry suit; they must complement each other.

There are some fabrics and materials which can work very well forrepparttar 133036 thermal insulation purpose. Among these materials we can find some special microfibres such asrepparttar 133037 one known as thinsulate which can be a great choice for a diver. There are many modern materials which might allow you to keep your body temperature through their thermal insulation capabilities atrepparttar 133038 same time than allow you to have a great agility.
