This is off topic for me because I normally write about computers and applications. This article is an exception because I am hearing it quite often from friends and relatives. The issue is about hiring managers. Most of these people don't have a clue how to hire anyone. They look at certain people and think: "that outfit is not flattering on him or her" instead of finding out if that person hasrepparttar required qualifications. Personally, I think that hiring managers arerepparttar 104483 reason that so many people are out of work. There are tons of jobs out there that are not being filled.
