If you were to receive a letter addressed using a positive adjective that would describe you, what would it be? I have grown quite fond of Spectacular, but you might like another word such as marvelous, beautiful, or stunning. My guess is whatever word makes you most uncomfortable is one you should use. I say that because most likely that is quality most difficult for you to own. Well, it is time not just to own it, but to become it. Once you embrace most wonderful parts of who you are, you will find it easier to name them, own them, and share them with rest of world.

There is a great line from a song, "I'm in a hurry to get things done. I rush and rush until life's no fun." Emergency living causes us to rush right through life. We don't notice what is happening around us and, when we get to where we are rushing to, we simply hurry through so we can get to next emergency. Slow down! You will get to where you are going soon enough. Like person in car rushing to each red light, they got nowhere fast. If you speed through life treating it as an emergency, stop. Let's face it. The end will get here soon enough. Do you really want to get there any sooner than you have to? Slow down and smell coffee, smell roses; just smell. Rushing is no guarantee that you will get to your destination any sooner, but it is a guarantee that you will miss most important part, journey.
