Get Support The fastest way to get to burn out in your business is to take on everything and try to do everything yourself. What are activities you can delegate or farm out? Your time is best spent on those things that only you can do. When you feel supported in your work you will have more stamina.

Take a Risk a Day The more you expanding your comfort zone, more you find yourself doing what is scary to do: calling that ambivalent account, making a suggestion for a cost saving idea, trying a new technique, more you will feel invigorated. When today is just like yesterday and you know tomorrow will be same, work gets routine. Taking risks keeps things unpredictable and exciting.

Be Present Now 80% of what we think about already happened. What a waste, don't waste your time and precious energy thinking about what you did not do yesterday, what you forgot to include in your letter, why you did not get sale. Do a quick review and then let it go. Dwelling on yesterday depletes your Success Stamina for today and tomorrow.

Never Stop When you Are On Top When you are having a great day, when things are clicking, when everyone and everything seems on your side, don't cut your day short. This is time to work late, go on one more appointment, write one more proposal, make one more phone call. Go with momentum.

Know When to Take a Break Just as important as riding wave when you are having a lot of positive energy is recognizing when you need a break when some rest and rejuvenation will serve you. This might be a weekend away, an afternoon nap, or a day you go in office a little later. People who do not take breaks are less productive and have less Success Stamina.

Get Fresh Ideas Successful people are always in pursuit of more success read industry publications, go to seminars, talk to colleagues, and get a mentor. Pursue opportunities that will improve personal side of your life. A focus on freshness will soothe your soul and feed your spirit and stamina.

I know people who never seem to get roughed up. I didn't say they never have PDT. The PDT just never overcomes them. I know people who can't seem to ever get it. Everyway they turn it seems they find themselves between devil and deep blue sea.

Who would you rather be? Do you think you can't be one universe seems to smile on? Do you think you have to be one universe always dumps on? Either way, you're right.

Life Goes On!

Unfortunately this pattern of design is not going to change for you if you are in first category. Fortunately for other guy this pattern of design is also not going to change. What does this tell us? Someone needs to change and since design of universe is set in stone, we better get with program.

How do we do that? Well, first of all understand we may end up like Job one day. But, don't forget what "end" of Job's situation was. He got back twice as much as he originally had. Now I think that's a pretty good trade-off.

But, it's all in attitude. Let me give you some Vegas-ology. I believe that Job could have died in his predicament if he had done what his wife told him to do. His wife said, "Look at you, curse God and die". If Job had listened to that kind of "Life sucks and then you die" kind of attitude, he probably would have ended up in a hole.

Hard And Fast Rule!

But Job didn't. He realized that God is always good. You may prefer universe is always good. The point is., whatever you prefer, if you think you are not being treated fairly, because you are such a good person, because you never hurt anyone, because you are honest, fair, and every other good quality that comes to mind, then you are setting yourself up for day when you'll contract foot-in-mouth disease.

I know it may be hard for some people to believe, but you are destined for better than short end of stick. You are somebody special, you are only person like you and life has something better for you if you will refuse to adopt attitude that "life is a series of PDT, followed by death".

Life Is Not Hard; It Only Needs Some Positive Thinking!

Control your emotions no matter what comes your way just like Job. Say this twenty times everyday from now on; "I am special, I am blessed, I am loved. Let your sub-conscious hear it and you will have made changes universe desires in you and you will see rough riding days smooth out.

Don't ever say you are afraid something is going to happen. Don't ever give fear chance to bring something to you that in your heart you really don't want. You know anxiety I'm talking about, you know that tormenting feeling in your gut that something is going to happen that you can't stop. The universe is going to bring you enough challenges. Don't give fear opportunity to turn up heat.
