Then check up onrepparttar inside of yourself. Do you feel that scratchy feeling down in your belly? Did you have that "life sucks and then I'll die" if I don't get this feeling? Uh oh!! It's too important. The goal is not what is too important! It'srepparttar 123523 perspective you have placed on it in your mind.

How Now Brown Cow!

Ask yourself this question: If I don't "get this", what are my options? If you don't likerepparttar 123524 alternative options, then lower your perspective on your primary option. I know this sounds like a paradox, but it's true; if you are not obsessed with having your primary option, then you will findrepparttar 123525 "primary" option easier to obtain.

Anything in your life that hasrepparttar 123526 power to make you think life sucks and then we die is your master and you are its slave. It has got you byrepparttar 123527 ear and telling you; "that's ok sweetheart, you're just down on your luck and nobody appreciates you". Here's what I think of that!

You can help change your perspective by giving thought torepparttar 123528 small insignificant items in your life and considering how you compartmentalize them or think about them. The real important ones will create that warm fuzzy feeling down onrepparttar 123529 inside. They are real obvious! The trivial ones will be like, ho-hum yawn!!

That Dog Won't Hunt!

If you want to knowrepparttar 123530 facts about it, life would love for us to think of all our ambitions as ho-hum, yawn. This is not to mean a lackadaisical attitude that says; "well, since I can't run withrepparttar 123531 big dogs, I'll just stay onrepparttar 123532 porch" attitude. The attitude I'm talking about will lower your blood pressure.

Then by thinking of how your perspective is organized withrepparttar 123533 small items, you can compartmentalizerepparttar 123534 major issues inrepparttar 123535 same compartment. Don't' kid yourself; this is not hard to do. Just move things around in your brain, they will go where ever you push them. It may take some practice, but you can do it.

Visualizing helps. I like to visualizerepparttar 123536 items that have too much perspective and see myself pushing them out a back door in my brain with my hand. No funny remarks now; somebody said I always thought you were a little bit crazy, talking about a back door in your brain! :>) Listen, it helps. There is no passing or failing score for this, just whatever you find that works for you. Experiment!

The Power Behind The Throne!

The life sucks attitude can be prevented by recognizing, realizing, embracing, being grateful, and thankful forrepparttar 123537 small blessings that come our way. Look for them and be quick to be thankful; life will be much more willing to sendrepparttar 123538 big blessings torepparttar 123539 person it can trust withrepparttar 123540 small ones.

Where do you feel most like your favorite self? What are you doing? With whom are you interacting? What's around you? What values are you honoring? I know that for me to feel fully myself I must be learning, connecting, and laughing. My Highly Operative Me Environment will include challenges, other people, and fun. Someone else's H.O.M.E. might have solitude, nature, and physical activity. Another's might have music, computers, and knotty problems to tackle. Look around and see where you feel most alive. Now ask how much time you spend there. Ifrepparttar answer's not "most ofrepparttar 123522 time" it's time to move back H.O.M.E.

If it seems impossible to change to a new environment maybe there are ways to adaptrepparttar 123523 existing one to be more supportive. For example, you may not feel able to leave your current job, but perhaps you could take on new responsibilities to make it more challenging, or delegate to make it less stressful. Maybe you can't afford to rentrepparttar 123524 perfect studio space yet, but you could clean out that spare room and start there. Start somewhere. Take that pottery class. Join that biking club. Choose to put yourself where you thrive.

To turn your current reality into a Highly Operative Me Environment ask yourself: 1. Where do I feel fully myself? 2. What values of mine are being honored there? 3. How could I apply those values elsewhere in my life?

You don’t need ruby slippers. All you need is to knowrepparttar 123525 way H.O.M.E.

Liz Sumner, M.A. Life Coach can help you find your way H.O.M.E. For a complimentary 30-minute coaching session email easumner@monad.net, call 603-876-3956 or visit www.WonderfulCoach.com
