"IN"

"ON"

Jump both feet on top ofrepparttar 150262 rope. The left foot lands onrepparttar 150263 left rope;repparttar 150264 right foot lands onrepparttar 150265 right foot.

"OUT"

Jump both feet fromrepparttar 150266 middle torepparttar 150267 outside ofrepparttar 150268 rope. Feet land together on one side.

"SIDE OUT"

Jump over both ropes from one side. Both feet land together onrepparttar 150269 other side ofrepparttar 150270 rope.

"STRADDLE OUT"

Jump a straddle! The left foot lands outsiderepparttar 150271 left side ofrepparttar 150272 rope. The right foot lands outsiderepparttar 150273 right side ofrepparttar 150274 rope.

"SIDE-BY-SIDE"

Jump quickly side-to-side. Both feet start "out" one side ofrepparttar 150275 ropes.

-Jump side: The left foot lands outsiderepparttar 150276 left rope. The right foot lands insiderepparttar 150277 rope.

-Jump side again quickly: The left foot lands insiderepparttar 150278 rope. The right foot lands outsiderepparttar 150279 right rope.
