There are also stretching exercises for golf that should be done with dumbbells. Others are done using a medicine ball. Most of them are described in my other golf exercise articles.
The reason why stretching exercises for golf are so effective in improving golf swing is because they tone muscles and strengthen them in such a way that abnormal and unnatural movement of golf swing feels as comfortable and as natural as possible to body. The more natural a golf swing feels, better your golf swing will be and by extension results will also improve dramatically.
Even after your game shows improvement, it is a good idea to continue with your stretching exercise for golf so as to keep your body and muscles in tip-top condition for golfing and especially golf swing. Stretching exercises for golf are real key to improving your golf game.
