Design a newsletter with your web page creation program. Decide on a nice layout, colors and fonts that possible match your website as well.
In my newsletter, I set aside same advertising areas/space for people to purchase and I have a page on my website that describes rates for different spaces. You can write your own articles, of course, but if you ever feel stuck, there are plenty of resources you can find that will supply you with articles with re-print rights. Just like above, where I mention you can submit articles with your website link and information for other people to use in their newsletters, you can use articles that OTHER people write in YOUR newsletter.
