Your Semen and YouWritten by Brian Green
Semen, or cum, is actually made up of ninety percent (90%) seminal fluids including fructose (sugar) and proteins; sperm accounts for only about one percent (1%) of its total volume and rest is made up of trace minerals and nutrients.
Many guys are concerned with what their semen tastes like. This may rise from fact that they want to score blow jobs. First of all, you can stress to your partner that semen will not make a person fat. It contains only about 12 to 15 calories per ejaculation; same amount found in gelatin or egg white.
Some people say that semen tastes bitter, salty, or even acrid. So for loads of exciting fun in bedroom, you can make your partner swallow your cum if you make your cum taste better.
Since semen is excreted by body, its taste and smell would most likely be affected by what you eat and drink. What is best diet for better-tasting cum?
For one, you should start living a clean and healthy lifestyle. Say no to alcohol, drugs and nicotine. Avoid junk foods and instead have lots of fruits and greens in your diet. Plus, drink a lot of liquids (water).
Drinking fruit juices from pineapple, citrus, and cranberry is also known to make your cum taste sweeter. Throw in melon, mango, apple, or grape, and other fruits that are high in sugar. Likewise, vegetables like parsley and celery are recommended.

The five day speech course for stuttering/stammering
The first two days of course are used to learn all of rules of fluent speech.
The first day is most important day. This is “clients” easy day as I do most of talking, explaining in detail around half of speech rules. I ask client to talk about their history, including information about how their stutter started, about their family and about their interests, plus any other information they would like to disclose, i.e., where they work. The client will have at least one further speech task on this first day, which they will be asked to complete after they have heard first set of rules.
On second day client becomes more involved, starting to put into practice what they have learnt from previous day. The final speech rules are taught on this day.
The final three days are spent practising, enabling rules to start becoming embedded and a natural part of client’s speech.
Some of areas included in course are:
1.Why people stutter. 2.Telephone technique. 3.Interview technique. 4.Public speaking technique. 5.The speech rules:
There are numerous speech rules covering all aspects of speech, I will briefly explain what three of them cover:
