Why You Should Be an Affiliate of Several ProductsWritten by Dennis Eppestine
If you're like me, you're probably an affiliate of several different products. While managing several of them can lead to a bit of confusion at first, I still believe it's better to be involved with more than one.
Why? More income! While I may be promoting Internet Marketing products, it really doesn't matter WHAT area your interests lie in. For example, on one of my other sites, I'm promoting something entirely different. Never-the-less, I am promoting 5 or 6 different affiliate programs, and it's not even finished yet!
Why should you do this? Like I said, more income, but let's break it down. Why does it necessarily mean more income if you belong to more affiliate programs?
Because everybody is looking for something different. A couple of examples:
1) You may have been marketing on Internet for awhile, but your sales aren't what you'd like. You've examined every detail and come to conclusion that you need better sales copy. So naturally, you're looking for marketing tools about sales letters or sales copy. A general overview of Internet Marketing would do you no good. If I can provide BOTH, then I can sell products to more people.
2) You're looking for a job and want a professional resume, but you don't have a lot of extra money. In that case, you need help writing your OWN resume. On other hand, you could be currently employed, with no time for learning how to write a resume. In that case, you might be looking for a resume writing SERVICE.
How To Get Your Affiliate Sales Rolling!Written by Joshua Rose
What can Michael Jordan, Ed McMahon and hundreds of other high profile product endorsers teach you about cashing in with Affiliate sales? Tons! In effect, they're Super Affiliates.
After all, what is role of an Affiliate? It's to gain sales by endorsing a product.
Would Nike have sold as many sneakers without Mike? Or, would The Publishers Clearing House have sold all those magazines without Ed? Not a chance.
Why are companies willing to pay their endorsers such big bucks? Simple. They know all too well that *trust and credibility* sells.
Let's put it this way: What if Nike had hired me, Joshua Rose, to endorse their products? Pretty ridiculous, huh? Why in world would someone buy some Nike's if I told them to? They wouldn't.
It's exactly same in online world. Why should someone buy a product you're endorsing as an Affiliate? Who are you? Why should I listen to you? I don't know you. Your endorsement is next to meaningless, sorry.
If you want my business, you must first convince me that you're worth listening to in first place. But gain my respect and trust, and opportunities are endless.
The key to Affiliate success is to at first focus your efforts *away* from your products and *towards* marketing vehicles that give you opportunity to win trust. In other words, first essential step to Affiliate success is to SELL YOURSELF.
