There was a time when there were just a few ski resorts. When skiing was just a seasonal hobby. As time goes on, more and more have been built and people have taken to skiing as a hobby. With ever growing competitions, ski resorts took to developing and creating more complicated and dangerous slopes to add more excitement to skiers. To keep up with demands of people, these resorts added more challenges to their mountains to attract people who are constantly seeking adventures. The more dangerous, better. As resorts continue to produce more thrills, skiers tended to come back for more. These persons never got tired of trying untried and comes back for more.Extreme sports have evolved more in years that passed. The dangerous becomes more dangerous. The difficult more difficult. All in name of sport. People easily picked this up as they get tired of usual things that they repeated do. The danger has become a new frontier to conquer. It is in nature of people to like dangers and fun that goes with it. That is why, skiing become a source of this when they got to feel action in this sport. Some even go to extreme, making simple act of skiing as extreme sport. Doing things others do not usually do. Trying everything from plain sliding to jumps in air, trying to test their capacity and their limitations. These people may be aware of dangers they are in but that is thrill of it all. The danger is what drives them into doing these sports. This came to a point that laws have been made exclusively for these resorts and people that goes to them.

In nine months that mothers carried their child in their wombs, they could only hope that baby will emerge in perfect health. With this hope, they take prescribed medicines, eat right foods and take necessary precautions needed. All in all, this will lead to one of most memorable stages in a woman’s life: childbirth. The pain that comes with it is no match for happiness when time came for baby to emerge into world. And one thing mothers always think before themselves is baby’s health upon and after birth. So it must have been such a blow to them when something bad happens to baby.There are many cases wherein experts are one causing damage to patient. In pregnant women, there have been cases of negligence either during pregnancy and childbirth. During pregnancy, sometimes doctors gives out wrong prescriptions out of negligence. It cannot be seen yet during this stage. It is after birth that these can be these. It can be brain damages to deformities and even death. It is only after these injuries surfaced that one can damage has been done. There also have been cases of malpractice during childbirth. Sometimes due to doctors not doing their job properly, serious injuries and damages are incurred. An example of this is a case wherein, during childbirth, babies are not given treatment they need, causing physical injuries and internal defects. Some in diagnosing wrong treatment leads to birth injuries. Many cases have been reported of this negligence on part of doctors in treating patients especially those who are giving birth. Instances like this are sometimes not given corrective actions because of ignorance. The victims of these cases believed in expertise of professionals, giving them their full trusts only to be disappointed and be victims in end.
