His word, shown in written form we call Bible, tells us things that He did to show us that He loves us. Did we realize it or did we overlook it and walk away?

In Hebrews 11:1 we are told that our faith is substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

Hope moves into faith Think about it. No one gets a recipe made without knowing what ingredients are and what to do with them even when they're sitting on counter!

The something that's wanted could be just as simple as having pasta...

You put water in a pan. You put it on a heated burner on a stovetop. Then you wait for water to boil.

After water comes to a hard boil you pour in noodles and wait for pasta to be cooked. Finally, you put sauce on pasta and eat it!

Normally, it isn't until that time that attitude changes. You had a want. A hope. But that turned into knowledge that want you wanted is happening shortly.

The attitude becomes excited and expectant of things we had faith for coming to pass.

Just like pasta wait, we learn in Hebrews 11:1 that what we want is already there. It just takes time for us to get it!

Why?

Because we need to change our thinking. (That's why God said to renew our minds with His word in Romans 12:2.)

What God says is totally, pure truth. We just need to really know it!

Now faith is substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

These things that are hoped for are real but they aren't seen yet with physical eyes! Don't forget there are physical and spiritual realms. Just because you can't see it in physical realm doesn't mean it's not real in spiritual realm!

Back to pasta! Our physical eyes saw pasta. It was cooked for our physical bodies. But we can learn a thing or two here...

There is a bright cloud on other side. It is a white cloud with health, prosperity, peace, and life. All of blessings talked about in Deuteronomy 28 are floating in this bright cloud.

A calm, deep voice says, "Choose."

You respond with obvious, "I have chosen. I want life."

The deep voice tells you to continue to look into cloud of promise. The voice says to not to look back at darkness...

You understand quickly because you didn't and still don't want death penalty! That's why you turned to Jesus! He died so that your sins could be forgiven and taken away from you (Psalms 103:12). He saved you.

If you've accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior as you were told to in Romans 10:9,10 then you have stepped out of dark cloud into light one.

No matter what enemy says that you feel, see or hear, you are really saved! You have been set free from sickness, poverty, pain, and death (Isaiah 53:5,6)

As I was reminded, keep your eye on Lord and His kingdom. He is light. He is cloud of freedom...

Don't look back but walk forward into light more and more. Grow in Lord and you'll see more clearly (John 8:12)

Jesus loves you and has set so much in place for you to have. When Jesus said it was finished in (John 19:30) He wasn't kidding. The bright light, and life inside it is very fabulous.

Don't ever be deceived into thinking that God won't give you all that He has promised you. He's not keeping any good thing from you (Psalms 84:11,12). You're accepting what life you live in. You choose.

Ouch!

There is a smile or a frown on your face when you look around at your world. One of main things that strongly determines what you have is what you believe.

In order to accept gifts of light, we have to start by knowing they're available and waiting for us! No wonder God told us to renew our minds in His word (Romans 12:2). By reading, thinking, and saying what He said (Joshua 1:7,8), we place ourselves in position to get good things that God has already made available to us.
