Here’s single most important part of your website: YOUR WEB COPY! And remember: Your website isn’t about YOU, it’s about THEM!

Again, it's NOT about you, it's about THEM!

*Note: May I add, this is an area where most of my clients get stuck…If you find yourself at a total loss when it comes to writing, please let me know. ______________________________________________

Write/gather/compile; prepare copy for your main pages:

• Answer questions. Frequently asked questions woven into your copy will give your visitor confidence in you because you answered their concerns right away. Think of questions you’ve been asked and document them providing most detailed and complete answer you can. This will save you lots of time in future.

• Focus on ~pain~ your prospect is experiencing. Your client is looking for someone to take away their pain or help solve their problem. What’s bugging them? What keeps them up at night? Why are they looking for you? If you don’t get in touch with your prospect’s emotions they are not going to connect with you, or hire you. Give a positive outcome for each pain they have.

• Your copy needs to be as specific and clear as possible to kind of client you want to attract. Why? TO WEED OUT THE WRONG TYPE OF CLIENTS, that’s why! (what an amazing idea... eliminate tire kickers immediately!) Why waste your valuable time on a comp session with a ambitious college grad who wants a career coach when you're a parenting coach? If parents with potty training issues are who you seek... make your home page’s message crystal clear, prospects will determine right away if you are right for them before they contact you.

• Remember to be personable and approachable. Even go as far as to write down 10 characteristics of your perfect client and make up a fictitious individual who has all these characteristics and write your copy as if that person were sitting right next to you.

The answer is a most definite yes!

After researching topic of Affiliate Marketing for a few months (I like to be thorough!) I decided to run a little test and see if I could earn some real money – not pennies. I used strategies that top marketers appear to have been using for years and to my surprise and delight results were simply amazing.

Over 1 month I wrote 3 ebooks and started my own newsletter. I’m now starting to see results and am very impressed with financial rewards I’m receiving. Best of all, some of cash is a monthly recurring amount that will simply be paid into my bank account each and every month without me having to do anymore work to get it – as my daughter says, cool!

How am I earning money without my own website? I simply include relevant affiliate links in my ebooks, articles, reports and monthly newsletter. I also make sure that each email I send to a customer includes 1 relevant, recommended affiliate merchant link in main body and of course, I also include my own website links as part of my signature. I already have customer’s trust so get a high response rate.

Writing articles and ebooks is a fantastic way of generating targeted traffic to your website (if you have one) which in turn generates more sales and that means more money :). I sell my ebooks on World’s biggest billboard – Ebay!

So far all of my ebooks have resell rights included. Basically, I sell 50 copies of each ebook, from just 1p, and then hopefully at least 1% of buyers will resell it for me and then 1% of their buyers, etc., etc. While everyone else is busy selling my ebook I get to work on next one. I’m not really bothered about making money from selling ebook as I’m more interested in earning commission from affiliate links inside it.
