WHAT ELSE YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS?Written by Bo Jeune-Fille
COMPANIES do not KNOW HOW TO MAKE HERBAL FORMULAS without BULK VITAMINS and MINERALS! There is a trend on market mixing herbs with different ingredients also called 'fillers'. Seriously, just look on label – most Supplements are mixed with herbs... Why? To make those products more attractive for you. Extra Vitamins, Minerals and other 'goodies' are purchased as a bulk. So, when you read label you see a long list... yes? THE UGLY TRUTH IS OUT... Minerals are striped of from sea-salt and from other sea vegetables. Often, man-made synthetic Vitamins and Minerals are added to your supplements and Health Foods. GENERIC/Synthetic Vitamins and Minerals are inexpensive to make, just as generic drugs. One thing those companies do not understand that HERBS should NEVER be mixed together with isolated Vitamins and Minerals. NEVER! Bulk products are often not fresh, different product can have a different exp. date and worse what can happen, when herbs are mixed with them. Herbs are especially sensitive to air exposure so, before final product is ready herbs are not as potent. Q: WHY HERBS ARE MIXED WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS? There is only ONE answer to this question: It is not easy to make herbal supplement that works! So, companies are adding other by-products to increase their effectiveness. Herbs are smart, they know what to do, and in right hands they are transformed into work of ART. Herbs works best in combination - just as gourmet dish...

In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove huge rock. Some of king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed King for not keeping roads clear, but none did anything about getting stone out of way. Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. Upon approaching boulder, peasant laid down his burden and tried to move stone to side of road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. After peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in road where boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from King indicating that gold was for person who removed boulder from roadway. The peasant learned what many of us never understand!Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition. An inspirational story I thought, but what does this have to do with me? (you are probably asking yourself this question) The answer : Everything!!! Going on some new found venture in anything always has some form of obstacle or obstacles that go along with it, whether it is right in front of you or hidden somewhere, they are always there. To get a bit off track allow me to share a story with you, many years ago when I was a younger man, I was in military...I remember so many instances that looking back on were all obstacles. Some of course stood right out...while others were carefully hidden (much to delight of instructors) our platoon had started "Battleschool" training with 42 men and by end we graduated with 21. So in relation to story aforementioned those of us who made it through were "peasant" and those who did not were "noblemen" etc. We did not give in to obstacles or remove ourselves from risks involved.
