Via Viente is leading the Wellness RevolutionWritten by Nicolee Castiglione
LIQUID NUTRITIONAmericans have one of “Worst health pictures in world today”, and are in “Worst epidemic of chronic degenerative diseases that mankind has ever known!” World Health Organization We are led to believe that eating 3 meals a day consisting of proper amounts of each of 4 foods groups will give us ‘good health’ and ‘long life’. Many of foods we eat are lacking in vitamins and minerals. Some fruits and vegetables are cultivated using chemical fertilizers, pesticides and waste contaminants, in soil depleted of minerals. Have you ever wondered about signs above vending machines at zoo that warn you sternly not to feed this "food" to animals because it will kill them? Think about it. Even when we shop for real food in grocery store like meat, produce, and dairy products, we still have a problem at cellular level liquid vitamins are needed more than ever before because much of our food has been chemicalized with preservatives, growth hormones, dyes, pollution, and even antibiotics. They are then Harvested prematurely and artificially ripened, they are sprayed, processed, radiated and coated with toxic chemicals to improve their appearance and prolong their shelf life. Even if we shop for organic food today in an effort to avoid many chemicals used in American food processing, we still have to deal with fact that some or much of our soil is depleted of minerals. The US Senate Document #264 and 1992 Earth Summit Report document an 85% mineral depletion of our farm and range soils, over past 100 years in North America. Americans need to supplement their diets with minerals to make up for this deficiency. Imagine how much worse depletion must be now, 10 years later. Today farmers only add a tiny fraction of minerals back to soil (normally only 3). Our bodies are literally starving for nutrients. No wonder we're tired, irritable, and stressed out. When you look at our nation as a whole, you see a society that is getting sicker and sicker, fatter and fatter, more and more tired. It is important that you take a good liquid vitamin supplement. Body Balance is rich in phytonutrients and free of pollution. People who hate pills, especially children and senior citizens, find that Via Viente is best way to get quality nutrition on a daily basis.

1. Stress causes acne Stress has a minimal influence on a persons ability to develop acne through stress. Stress doesn't cause acne, but it can influence re-occurrence of acne as stress levels increase body's creation of a substance called cortisol. Cortisol causes sebaceous glands in skin to produce increased amounts of sebum oil which ultimately blocks pores. 2. Acne is contagious No one can "catch" acne; it is non-communicable. 3.You'll outgrow acne, so just leave it along and it will heal itself. Acne strikes all ages and is treatable, but shouldn't be left alone to worsen. (It should be treated so it doesn't cause scarring) 4. Being out in sun helps acne The sun may appear to help clear up blemishes and redden skin, thus lessening overall effect. However, rays from sun cause skin damage and irritate and worsen existing acne problems clogging more pores as skin cells dry up and slough off quicker than normal. So use caution (and sunscreen). 5. Sweating helps clean out your hair follicle areas Strenuous activity can temporarily increase your body's oil production which can worsen acne problem areas, causing recurrence or intensification. 6. Acne problems are directly proportionate to sexual activity, (Too much or not enough depending on your point of view) Just because teenagers are going through hormonal changes, doesn't mean it has anything to do with acne. Both are separate issues. Same with adult acne and sex; (These are also two entirely different issues.)
