Unleash It!Written by Kavit Haria
This article/coaching tip was first written in InnerRhythm Coaching Newsletter (Nov 04).Creating magic moments with loved ones recently brought back memories of a charity expedition to Kenya in April. I was trying to get some beautiful sleep during night, thousands of feet high in sky when two guys sitting nearby were talking about their businesses and how they were not growing to their satisfaction or not reaching their objectives. It wasn't something I hadn't heard before, but it was something that triggered many thoughts in my mind. The explanations that were triggered in mind included economy, or wrong people on team and so they weren't targetting right customers. Recent moments with loved ones made me realise that these people have so much potential in them. They are not way speak, they just need to reveal and uncover potential hidden within them. I checked out dictionary.com for a definition of potential and it read, "the inherent ability or capacity for growth, development, or coming into being, or something possessing capacity for growth or development." When we point to others as cause to our problems we are missing point. We hold many, if not all answers ourselves. Maybe not in this moment, but when we unleash our potential, we unleash talents, skills, perspectives and ideas that can help us solve problems we face and become more fulfilled in our lives. We know we need to unleash potential as soon as possible, but do we know how? Let me share with you some steps to look out for and do to unlock your destiny... Read these steps observing them from two perspectives - how will they help you and others?

And did you know that you could worry yourself sick to point that you'll end up in a hospital bed? And that, depending on severity of problem, when it becomes chronic and acceptable, it could lead to options beyond hospitalization? It could very well lead to imprisonment or interment? Dr. Charles H. Mayo once said that half beds in American hospitals are filled by people who worried themselves into them. The human mind seems to be like a calculator. Before you can solve a problem with it, it must be cleared of all previous problems. Worry jams up mechanism; it short-circuits whole operation. It has been proven many times that by a simple change in attitude, in mental outlook, same amount of time and energy most of us devote to worrying about our problems could be used to solving them. Creative people look at problems as challenges. They realize that without problems, everything would come to a stop. Problems do to our emotions and psyche what pain does to our body: They keep us moving forward searching for a solution. They are responsible for every forward step we take, collectively and individually.
