Uncover Your Diamond: Ignite Your Inner LightWritten by Michelle L. Casto, M.Ed.
Uncover Your Diamond “Ignite Your Inner Light”By Michelle L. Casto Stress is a natural part of being human. But contrary to popular belief, stress does not have to be destructive. Quite opposite, stress can be creative. The fact is that everything in life has been created by elements stressing other elements until something new was born. Ever hear phrase, “a diamond in rough?” Think about how coal and rock is stressed by nature until it becomes a diamond. You are like a diamond, waiting to be uncovered. It’s been said that change is inevitable, growth is intentional. Sometimes you need to “stress yourself” to make forward progress in life. Until you put pressure on yourself, you will remain stuck. That is why working with a coach is so powerful, I provide extra push and support needed to get you into action! If you truly want to transform your life, you simply must make some internal shifts and external changes. This is entirely possible. If you choose to look at some of life’s challenges as opportunities for personal growth and transformation, your soul will become free to beam. When you “turn yourself on” by living with vision, working with purpose, and loving with passion, you ignite your inner light. And you will literally glow from inside out. Your soul is your energy source. When you feel dull and lifeless, your light is dim. When you feel radiant and alive, your light is bright. To live a brightlight life, charge up your inner source by satisfying your soul’s needs----love, purpose, connection, contentment, acceptance, fulfillment, and joy. Everyone wants to possess a diamond, most valuable gemstone. The truth is, you already have a diamond within you---it’s your soul. Just like a diamond has to be excavated beneath earth to be of any worth, you need to dig deep beneath your ego’s walls to discover your own special gift. The amazing thing is that you don’t have to go anywhere to find it. You just have to stop searching on outside and start looking on inside for what will make you happy! Everything you need to have brilliant life you desire is within you right now. Your inner diamond (soul) patiently waits for your discovery, and it will tell you all you need to know, if you but only ask and listen. Following your soul’s callings will put you on a path, which will be illuminated by your inner light, as a result, you will become lighter, brighter, and enlightened while on your life’s journey.
| | How To Receive Advance Information and Answers From God In Writing Written by By Barbara Rose
This ability IS your gut instincts in writing. It carries profound accuracy, and is available to you every moment. That “still small voice” within, that “gut feeling” or sudden brilliant idea, IS God communicating to you to help you in your life. You may not believe in God, nor do you have to. This is fine. You do not have to call source of this wisdom “God.” You can call it intuition, your higher self, common sense, higher consciousness, your deepest wisdom, collective unconscious. Wisdom does not need a name. Your gut instincts in writing can suffice as far as naming this ability. The most important aspect of this is that you access your highest wisdom to achieve, clarify, or gain a higher perspective, to help you in any area of your life. Here is how you do it. 1. Go into a room where you feel most comfortable where there are no outside distractions. 2. Sit or lie on pillows, and get into a comfortable position to write. 3. Take five to seven deep breaths. 4. Ask to be connected to whatever name you give your highest and deepest source of guidance or wisdom. 5. Ask for only pure truth, to come to your mind in writing. (You can pray for divine protection if you believe in this, or you can simply say in your own mind that you request ONLY highest and purest truth. If you believe in prayer, you can read psalm 121 from bible before you begin. Or you can simply tell yourself that you are now going to access and bring your highest wisdom forth into your conscious mind.) 6. Take several deep breaths, in through your nose, and out of your mouth. 7. Write your questions down. Then write Thank You for this wisdom in advance. (Personally, I write: “Thank You God for Divine, Perfect Truth in Advance. Love, Barbara.") You may phrase your thank you in any way you prefer. Just know that you are about to receive wisdom, and an attitude of gratitude is best for this. 8. As words and thoughts come into your mind, start writing. Do NOT censor, or try to make any sense of words as they come into your mind. You can analyze all you want when you are finished. Just write every word as fast as you can. Abbreviate words. For example: Rather than write word “with” I write “w/.” 9. No matter what words come into your mind, write them down. (You may not believe a lot of words that come to mind, (I used to think “this is bull” or “No way!” or “I don’t believe this” when I received information in writing. And yet, they ALL turned out to be truth!)
