Delivery Confirmation is available at a retail rate and an electronic rate. The retail rate can be purchased at your local Post Office™ and uses fluorescent green Delivery Confirmation label, PS Form 152. Delivery information is available online and by phone.
The electronic rate is for mailers who use online Shipping Labels or are capable of sending and receiving electronic files of their shipments. Delivery information is available online and, for certified shippers, by file transmission.
A point of interest. Prepaid articles. The U.S. Postal Service will not scan your Prepaid Delivery Confirmation Label if dropped in a blue collection box, inside drop or picked up at your home or business. Only if you present to a Retail Clerk at front counter at your local Post Office for processing will it be scanned for acceptance. Delivery Confirmation is only for delivery or attempted delivery purposes only. It is not a track and trace service.

First-Class Mail® Parcels - Envelopes and small packages weighing 13 ounces or less. Applies only to boxes or envelopes measuring at least 3/4” at thickest point. Priority Mail® - Cost effective delivery in an average of 2-3 days. Package Services Parcels - Send small and large packages, envelopes, and tubes. Includes Parcel Post®, Media Mail®, Bound Printed Matter, and Library Mail. Standard Mail Parcels - Items weighing less than 16 ounces can be sent at discounted presorted and automation rates. Available only for pieces subject to residual shape surcharge and mailed at Electronic rate. Parcel Select® - Send large volumes of packages at a discount.
