There's No Glory In Being The Richest Man In The Graveyard!

Written by Richard Vegas

What was your energy level like today? Did you wake up this morning like Tonyrepparttar Tiger feeling Grrr---ate….? Did you jump into all your activities today with enthusiasm? Were you rarin' to go atrepparttar 123559 first chance? Did your "get-up-and-go" rare up and roar, or, did it get up and went?

Down For The Count!

Well, if your get-up-and-go got up and went, let's see if we can do something about it. First thing to realize is, you have two types of energy; Physical and mental and spiritual. Forrepparttar 123560 sake of this article, let's just say that mental and spiritual are one.

It is very important that you condition your mind and body together. There's not much benefit in having a body full of muscles if your mind is full of jello. And, there's certainly no benefit in having an extremely conditioned mind with no physical energy.

No matter how well conditioned our bodies are, repparttar 123561 great majority of our strength comes fromrepparttar 123562 vast power of our subconscious. I'm sure you have heard of phenomenal feats of strength that would, under normal circumstances, have been impossible.

No Pain No Gain!

There are two principles used inrepparttar 123563 training of athletes. (1), Trainrepparttar 123564 whole body, and, (2) Pushrepparttar 123565 body torepparttar 123566 limit of endurance and then extendrepparttar 123567 limit with each additional workout. The subconscious, onrepparttar 123568 other hand, has no limit. It can be pushed and pushed and pushed torepparttar 123569 point of mental exhaustion.

When this happens, you can turn your emotions into mush; and, physically, not be able to punch your way out of a wet paper bag.

The subconscious needs rest as much asrepparttar 123570 body does. We all knowrepparttar 123571 signs and symptoms of pain when our bodies become exhausted. When we become exhausted mentally, there is no clear signs of pain, just some definitive behavior patterns.

Give It A Rest!

Unfortunately, we don't always listen to our subconscious as well as we do our bodies. We just keep going and going until others around us notice some ofrepparttar 123572 changes in our behavior or until we realize we need a rest. If we don't give our body and mindrepparttar 123573 rest they need, severe damage even death can result.

For example; here is how to tell if your batteries need recharging. If you feel you are a well balanced person then you should be onrepparttar 123574 lookout for any of these signs.

If regularly sleepy or tired, unfriendly or suspicious, quarrelsome, insulting and hostile, irritable, sarcastic and mean, nervous, excitable and hysterical, worrisome, fearful and jealous, ruthless and excessively selfish, excessively depressed or frustrated.

I know, I know, I can hear some of you ladies now saying, "that's my husband allrepparttar 123575 time";repparttar 123576 skunk! Seriously though, when you are fatigued your usually positive desirable feelings, emotions and actions have a tendency to turn very negative. When properly rested, repparttar 123577 direction turns back positive.

His Days Are Numbered!

If your behavior indicates that your better qualities have taken a hike, then you need to recharge your batteries before you end up beingrepparttar 123578 richest man inrepparttar 123579 graveyard.

In effect, your subconscious mind is like a reservoir. From it our bodies can obtain large amounts of energy stimulus that can translate into physical energy. And, our subconscious just keeps going and going like that energizer bunny. Obviously, that could be a blessing or a curse.

Here is what happens. We know thatrepparttar 123580 flow of energy never stops fromrepparttar 123581 subconscious, so,repparttar 123582 body gets weary. And, sincerepparttar 123583 subconscious is supplyingrepparttar 123584 fuel, which causes all of our physical movements, our behavior becomes those danger signs I mentioned above. That is whenrepparttar 123585 wreck happens.

30 Minutes That Could Save Your Dream

Written by Suzanne Falter-Barns

If you’ve got a dream you’re intent on pursuing, chances are you’re going to bog down at some point. That’s justrepparttar way dreams are. In fact, there’s a little known rule about this calledrepparttar 123558 Second Rule of Thermodynamics, which states that sooner or later everything returns to chaos. In other words, expect your dream to come crashing down around your ears periodically. Yet, no need to despair; such meltdowns are actually good for your dream, because they force you to stop and rethink your approach if you want to continue. That’srepparttar 123559 only way you can findrepparttar 123560 footing to continue, and in that process, you’re forced to learn and grow. This is when I always pull out my trusty guided visualizations. Nothing, but nothing, can turn your mind around quite as effectively as a good guided visualization. It can create hope where there was none, clarity in a space of confusion, and immeasurable inspiration. If you subscribe torepparttar 123561 same notion that I do – that all of our ideas and instincts around our dream are guided – then this is where you’ll findrepparttar 123562 mother lode of such information. A good guided visualization will connect you with deep inner truths that most of us simply can’t tap into consciously. So basically, you, too, can be a Ghandi or a Nelson Mandela or a Thich Nacht Hahn … if you dig deep enough and surrender fully enough. (Those enlightened souls have taught us that such round-the-clock access torepparttar 123563 spiritual goods requires one heck of a lot of meditation, not to mention a saintly obfuscation ofrepparttar 123564 ego.) Inrepparttar 123565 meanwhile, repparttar 123566 next best thing is to turn onrepparttar 123567 guided visualizations. By guided visualization, I mean a recording of someone leading you through a meditation. First they relax you; then they help you imagine yourself in a particular place, or having a certain experience. A great guided visualization will lead you into situations where anything can happen and anyone can show up. You simply sit back and observe as helpers show up, insights are gained, and instructions are received. Sometimesrepparttar 123568 path you see is a familiar one you’ve imagined often with your conscious mind, andrepparttar 123569 meditation serves as a wonderful confirmation of your plan. Yet, other times it can be strange and dark, making no sense whatsoever. My own students have come to me with alarm when they saw a picture of chaos, or violence and degradation. And yet, in talking it over later, they usually recognize a deeper meaning torepparttar 123570 picture. Over time, if they repeatrepparttar 123571 process, they are often left with a greater insight than they anticipated. For instance, Rosemary was a frustrated writer who hated her daytime job, and was given to fits of gallows humor about it. When she first did my Discover Your Soul Purpose meditation, she uncovered a chaotic back alley, full of lurking, menacing figures. She didrepparttar 123572 meditation several more times andrepparttar 123573 situation only marginally improved. Yet, what Rosemary took away fromrepparttar 123574 experience was that her life was out of balance, and filled with dark, negative energy. She quit her job, attended to her failing health, and re-approachedrepparttar 123575 meditation some months later. Nowrepparttar 123576 scene was remarkably different, a sunny courtyard in which she could see herself as a writer forrepparttar 123577 first time.
