The rising cost of living with average wage not keeping pace is forcing members of work force to find other sources of income. It is becoming more necessary every day for both husbands and wives to have work. This trend, if couple has children, turns children into 'latch key kids', if they are old enough, or forces parents to put them into 'day care' or some 'after school' program to be watched until one of parents can pick them up. Many employers have cut benefits, and have reduced amount of employees due to costs, and are not giving our raises as quickly as they should, even to keep up with cost of living. In fact, many are expanding scopes of work with no compenstaion. The average time on spends on searching for new work, or additional work, has lengthened. This has caused a huge jump in those people seeking to work from home, on their computers, using internet as their main source of promotion.

The problem with this is most do not know what it takes to run a business, either on or off line. There is no magic equation that will change your life style over night and internet is just another resource for off line business world to make additional sales. Just getting your business listed in local phone book will not make thousands of new customers enter your store. Nor will getting a good search engine placement, or a great product listed on internet guarantee same to your website. You will have to do follow up calls, follow up e-mails, snail mail and hit streets ,as they say to get your business cards out to your potential clients.

This will take time and determination over a period of time to accomplish.

I had no idea what to do, how to do or why.

Clarity means:

1. To know what you want 2. To Know why you want it 3. Most importantly, to know what you love to do.

There are many ways to make money, and it need not necessarily be internet marketing.

I might be slapping myself on cheek for saying so, after all, I'm using Internet as an marketing channel and conducting my business online.

But I'd rather be honest with you.

There's a saying that goes "Do what you love, and you would have retired"

Once I realize this truth, I went about doing that which I love.
