Jude 1:3(KJV) "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for faith which was once delivered unto saints." 2 Peter 1:1(KJV) "Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:" In kingdom of God on earth, the common unit of currency that is spent to fulfill God's purposes in and through mankind is 'the precious coin'. 'The precious coin' is faith in God and his word. 'The precious coin' is available to every member of God's kingdom from least to greatest: Rom.12:5(KJV) "For I say, through grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man measure of faith." The importance of real faith and prominence of heroes of faith have been discussed in 'Rhema Island'. Real faith is 'the precious coin' which has two sides. The side known as 'the head' is 'the sunny side' of real Christianity described below:- Heb.11:33-35a(KJV) "Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped mouths of lions. Quenched violence of fire, escaped edge of sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight armies of aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again:..." The side known as 'the tail' is 'the cloudy side' of real Christianity described below:- Heb.11:35b-38(KJV) "...and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of earth." This second side of 'the precious coin' certainly excludes any wrong kind of suffering for Christians as clearly commanded below:- 1 Peter 4:15(KJV) "But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters." While first side appears to be attractive, the second seems to be repulsive! In history of church, many saints have camped on 'the sunny side';while others have lodged on 'the cloudy side'. Each 'camp' has despised other due to one or more theological reasons. Yet in sacred records of bible, one will clearly see that both Jesus Christ, and early church embraced both sides of true Christianity! The Lord Jesus Christ both had company of great multitudes(Matt.4:25),and suffered desertion of his closest associates(Matt.26:56b). All believers in Christ are called 'to walk in his steps' on both sides of 'the precious coin'(1 Peter 2:21). The early church experienced both 'gathering'(Acts 2:41) and 'scattering'(Acts 8:1) in fulfilling God's purposes for her(Acts 1:8).

Of Whom The World Was Not Worthy Of by Maurice Perry Hebrews 11:32-38 32 And what shall I more say? For time would fail me to tell of Ged’-e-on, and of Ba’-rak, and of Samson, and of Jeph’-thae; of David also, and Samuel, and of prophets: 33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped mouths of lions, 34 Quenched violence of fire, escaped edge of sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight armies of aliens. 35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: 36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourging, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: 37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; 38 (Of whom world was not worthy of) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of earth. What does it possibly take to be a man or woman of whom world was not, or is not worthy of? How can this awesome status be label of a person, people, or more specifically, body of Christ? “To be a man or woman whom world is not worthy of” is something that every Christian and church of today should be striving for. It should be declaration of world (secular society) about us, precious bride of Christ. And what is world saying about body of Christ at this very moment? I believe world is looking at body of Christ as a disjointed entity that will never live up to true message of Christianity. With differences of biblical interpretation, due mainly to man-made denominational groupings, body of Christ has become so segmented over past 300 years that body has become detached like “Voltron pieces”! (for those that are too young or too old to remember what Voltron was, it was a cartoon and action figure in 1980’s in which five different pieces came together to make one massive body or structure). However, denominational struggles and disagreements is another subject matter in itself. What I want to focus on are things that made group of people mentioned in scripture above men or women whom world was not worthy of. Only then will we know pattern or ways in which we too can also be seen as men or women that world is not worthy of. The first thing that we notice is that there was a level of faith that had to be within each and everyone of individuals that were mentioned in order to be able to become kings and prophets, and to subdue kingdoms. They were so overly consumed with pleasing Father that their faith was never on brink of disintegrating and failing. These men loved God more than their own souls, placing their lives on line in warfare and in midst of severe persecution. And because of their total obedience and surrender to will of God, verses 33 and 34 were able to come to pass: 33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped mouths of lions, 34 Quenched violence of fire, escaped edge of sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight armies of aliens. We, who carry call of being Christian in this world that we live in must replicate this same kind of bold faith in order to persevere, conquer and take dominion and authority over kingdom of darkness, principalities and powers that try to hinder our growth in Lord, shake our faith, and hinder flow of blessings that God has stored up for us. We must be consumed with being a blessing to God with act of our faithfulness unto him, rather than being consumed with receiving a blessing. The kingdom of God is an upside-down kingdom, meaning, that its characteristics are absolute opposite of characteristics of this world. One trait of world, for example, is “get mine” mentality, a selfish trait that leads to covetousness and inevitably, idolatry. The Kingdom mindset is “give, and it shall be given unto you.” The notion that “God blesses those who blesses themselves, or helps those who helps themselves” is a lie straight from pits of hell! If you have been using this saying, please stop, because it is not biblical. It is a selfish statement that is full of confusion and it is anti-Christian, rhetorically. The truth of matter is that God helps those who help others… God blesses those who bless others. It is selfless act of humility giving which God honors and blesses.
