The Path of IlluminationWritten by Michelle L. Casto, M.Ed
The Path of Illumination By Michelle L. Casto, M.Ed. Whole Life Coach, Speaker, and AuthorChange is a mythological journey, where we hear call; go with uncertainty into unknown dangers, until we finally find our way home. You can become what your spirit intended you to be---whole, perfect and free. To free yourself, you must step into light, be brave and take action. Although you may feel safe in dark because it is what is familiar to you, safety is within light. Where there is light, there is growth. Once you have stepped on path of transformation, you are well on your way to a new experience. You can no longer deny growth that is taking place within you. If you do, you will extinguish growth. You must honor growth. It is like a growing tree, if you cut trunk, it will die. If you deny your own growth, you will kill light within you—the golden light of love, peace, and knowingness. You must stay on path of illumination. You are where you are on spiritual path because of many things you have experienced and learned. You have knowledge. But that is not enough, you must apply that knowledge by taking action and making smart decisions. You cannot stand still. You must keep walking on path, progressing forward. The soul is a manifestation of God’s power. Your soul (like all souls) is infinite, with no beginning and no end. Each soul is an important part of universal plan for humanity’s growth and evolution. We all have responsibility to illuminate and enlighten ourselves. Illumination is higher state of consciousness. Higher consciousness is constant, ever-changing awareness of our psychological truth. It is an awareness not only of positive, conscious intent, but also of negative, destructive intent that may lie in consciousness. The spiritual person understands that they must be aware of unconscious attitudes that prevent positive manifesting. They know that in order to create a beautiful, fulfilling life fears that lie in unconscious must be brought to surface, looked at in light of reason, worked through and dissolved.

Now is Time For Change By Michelle L. Casto, M.Ed. Whole Life Coach, Speaker, and AuthorPlanet Earth is ripe for change. Everywhere you look, change is occurring: for individual, families, corporations, communities, states, countries, and ultimately world. The pace of change has increased to keep up with human desire to create more change. You wouldn’t have to look very far in your own life to identify something you would like to change. Now is perfect time to transform yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually or otherwise. As Dr. Richard Gerber has stated, “The discord and unrest occurring upon planet at this time is a higher reflection of emotional and spiritual imbalances that exist in many people throughout world. We must begin to heal dis-ease and distress at level of causes and not just at superficial world of physical effects. In order to accept and work with vibrational healing methods, one must begin to make transition toward personal transformation that is necessary before true physical and spiritual healing can occur.” What you may have noticed is that it is time for a change. What you probably don’t know is how to go about transforming your life. The first thing you need to learn about change, is that in order to change your outer reality, you must transform your inner programming. All change begins with you---on inside---your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about how life works or doesn’t work determine what you will create in your outer world. Gathering information is an important first step in change process, making smart decisions is also key, but listening to your soul’s callings is very best way to call forth change into your life. What changes your life is not learning more, though education is important. What changes your life is not making decisions, although making choices and acting on them is important. What
