Sugar High: Diabetes The Killer DiseaseWritten by Charlene J. Nuble
Lately, you pee a lot. You always feel thirsty and you always feel hungry. You always feel tired. Your vision blurs most of time. Your wounds heal longer that it used to. If these things are happening to you, now is time to worry. You might have diabetes.Diabetes is a disease characterized by high level of blood sugar. This is due to faulty insulin production, insulin action, or both. Diabetes can lead to serious complications then eventually to premature death if not controlled correctly. So to better prevent diabetes or treat it if you already have diabetes, equip yourself with ins and outs of sickness. There are two types of diabetes, Type 1 and Type 2. In both types, early detection and early treatment will reduce chances of developing serious health problems. Type 1 diabetes was formerly known as juvenile diabetes or insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Type 1 diabetes matures quickly and symptoms are very visible. This type of diabetes occurs when body’s immune system destroys pancreatic cells. These cells are insulin producing cells. This type of diabetes affects mostly children and young adults. Risk factors for type 1 diabetes include autoimmune, genetics, and environmental factors. The exact cause of this form of diabetes is still unknown but it is believed that this is triggered by a virus or an allergen which stimulates immune system of baby, kid or young adult to attack beta cells in pancreas. Type 1 diabetes symptoms include fatigue, recurrent urination, thirst, weight loss, sweet smelling breath and difficulty in breathing. If type 1 diabetes is left undiagnosed and untreated, this will lead to labored breathing, coma, and death. Type 2 diabetes was used to be called non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) or adult-onset diabetes. This form of diabetes develops slowly and symptoms are usually less severe than people with type 1 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes begins as insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is a disorder in which cells do not use insulin properly. As need for insulin rises, pancreas loses its ability to produce insulin.

Generic Xanax is a tranquilizer used in short-term relief of symptoms of anxiety or treatment of anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder is marked by unrealistic worry or excessive fears and concerns. Generic Xanax is also used in treatment of panic disorder, which appears as unexpected panic attacks and may be accompanied by a fear of open spaces called agoraphobia. Only your doctor can diagnose panic disorder and best advise you about treatment. Anxiety associated with depression is also responsive to Xanax. Some doctors prescribe Generic Xanax to treat alcohol withdrawal, fear of open spaces and strangers, depression, irritable bowel syndrome, and premenstrual syndrome. Alprazolam is a Benzodiazepine with a complex chemical / pharmaceutical structure, having a triazolo 1,4 benzodiazepine analog unit. Benzodiazepines are sedative type anxiety medication products. They help in short-term relief of mild to moderate anxiety attacks, panic disorders and nervous tension. All benzodiazepine cause dose-related suppression of central nervous system, varying from slight impairment to hypnosis Alprazolam, naturally, is a white crystalline powder, soluble in alcohol, chloroform, sparingly soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate and virtually not soluble in water at normal pH levels. Xanax is a branded product of Alprazolam (Generic Xanax) family with active ingredients of alprazolam chemical groups. Each Xanax bar or tablet contains suitable amount of alprazolam and inactive ingredients like pharmaceutical grade corn/maize starch, cellulose, decussate sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sodium benzoate and small amounts of edible colors for coloration. Generic Xanax / Alprazolam range anxiety medication products are fairly safe for rapidly reducing symptoms of anxiety attacks. They need not be taken on an ongoing basis for a long time in order to be effective. Alprazolam is superior Benzodiazepine Alprazolam is often preferable to other available benzodiazepine based products, such as chlordiazepoxide, clorazepate and prazepam because it has a relatively shorter half-life in human system. Alprazolam does not have any active metabolite derivative that can lead to accumulation in human system, particularly in elderly patients. That’s reason generic Xanax / Alprazolam is favored class among other benzodiazepine. Generic Xanax-Alprazolam when orally administered is immediately absorbed in human physiological system through stomach and small intestine. The liver then metabolizes it. The peak plasma concentrations in human system depend on dosages and active alprazolam groups and occur 1 to 2 hours after administration. The half-life range is 6 to 20 hours following single dose administration. With multiple doses, given 3 times daily, steady state is reached within 7 days. When generic xanax is absorbed in human system, CNS (Central Nervous System) agents of 1,4 benzodiazepine class presumably exert their effects by binding at stereo specific receptors at several sites within brain and central nervous system.
