StrongerWritten by Wayne Lowe
One word of ultimate advice... become stronger in every day life. How you do this depends on how you get hurt through life. Getting advice from everyone else is easy, all we do is listen or read. But how did first person who created FIRE know it was hot? Because of experience, then second person was told dont touch its hot, an word soon go around etc. This is idea of life. Some choose to ignore "Dont touch its hot" signs and get hurt, even though we all know its hot. But some do take advice. In order to fully understand in life and develop as a person, we need to personally go through it all. Relationships. I've had one or two, but one main one. Im now in my second. My first relationship hurt alot when it ended. The true feelings of love are realised. Lust is sometimes but not all time mixed up with word love. Do we know what love feels like. Could you simply say to yourself "Im in love!" if you can your one of lucky ones, and also one of ones who has experienced alot and gotten stronger in process. Im jealous if you have... Can we write it down word love, how can we describe love. Its got alot to do with word 'Stronger'. We become stronger through our past, we reflect and make ourselves better people in long run! I propose that becoming stronger is feeling comfortable in our own skin. Who cares if we are fat, with spots, or slightly under weight, we all need some advice to help us along. We love reading our star signs, we love seeing story lines on TV about love and hate, this all builds up ideas we get about life. But we need one thing in our lives to help us become stronger and thats someone we can turn to without a doubt and hold in our arms. We are all part of this planet, its buzzing and abundant life. Were all human, and think about it, one man could go through life and be alone, but still be happy. We could say that he hasnt had experience in love, so he hasnt gotten stronger. We all develop in ways far different from each other. But this lonley guy might have had one relationship and decided that enough is enough, he doesnt want to go through it again... but thats where we go wrong. I tell a lot of people to go out there in world and open your heart to world, while were still here enjoying life, open our hearts and let everything in, we definately get stronger as a consequence.
| | When a Real Estate Agent May Not Be The Best OptionWritten by Chris Cates
Historically, when homeowners wanted to sell their home, first call made would be to a Realtor. Since early 1900’s, Realtors have represented homeowners during process of selling their home, which is usually to another homeowner. Real estate brokers hold state regulated licenses that allow them to market real estate on behalf of owner. The national average for broker commissions is approximately five percent. In many cases, another broker will bring buyer and receive typically fifty percent of commission. When majority of homeowners sell their home, they believe a real estate agent gives them best chance to maximize amount they receive and agent commission will come out of their proceeds at closing. This is a process that takes place everyday throughout America.Unfortunately, life does not always follow a predictable format that allows for sale of a home with a Realtor. More and more, Americans are facing circumstances that demand unique solutions. Foreclosures, job transfers, over-leveraged financing, and problem properties are just a few of situations that require alternatives to using a Realtor. When a homeowner is facing a job transfer or foreclosure, a quick sale is essential to avoid losing home or facing prospect of paying two mortgage payments. Utilizing a Realtor can take weeks or months to find buyer, and then there are no guarantees that buyer will qualify or go through with purchase. Many homeowners cannot afford to take that chance. Often times, when a house is in poor condition or needs major updating, traditional homebuyers are not as likely to make an offer since it is not up to market standards or may not qualify for financing. The majority of homeowners do not have time, desire, or money required to make necessary updates or repairs. A problem facing many Americans in recent years is that even when home is in great condition, there may be little or no equity. This problem will become even more of an issue in coming months as many homeowners over past several years have leveraged financing on their home up to as much as one hundred percent. When there is no money to pay a five or six percent commission, then an agent is not a viable solution.
