Secrets Of Weight LossWritten by Brian Stewart
One thing’s for sure, in this day & age, if you’re wanting to lose weight you can be excited and discouraged before you even start down path. You’re excited because you’ve made decision, which is first step, and you know you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get job done. However, you’re discouraged because you have no idea what plan of action to take, which is second step. With new weight loss programs, plans, pills, and supplements being introduced to market, on what seems to be a daily basis, it’s no wonder only about 10-20% of people who start down, “weight loss lane”, stay on road until they’ve reached their destination. Not only that, but some that do stick to plan turn right back around and return to their old habits. The main problem is that once you choose a plan and get desired results, second you try to go back to a normal lifestyle, weight piles right back on sometimes even more than when you started. Now if that’s not discouraging I don’t know what is. This is mainly due to fact that most diets are too restrictive. See, what most of us don’t realize is most diets, diet plans, and diet pills aren’t designed to use on a continuous basis. That is, more than likely you wouldn’t be too healthy or happy if you continued to use them. Another thing we have to realize, and accept, is that an effective weight loss plan should be a lifestyle change plan, not just a one-time event. What I’ve found, through not only my personal experiences but also experiences of people I know, is that most effective way to lose weight, keep it off, and maintain a healthy lifestyle is through natural, whole foods and natural supplements. For instance, we all know that eating fresh fruits and vegetables is much better than just relying on a multi-vitamin, and eating organic foods is a million times better than eating processed foods. Following an all-natural plan may take a little longer to see results initially but I can assure you that long term results and benefits will blow anything else out of water. You will not only keep weight off and have more energy, but you will also add years to your life, which means you can enjoy new and improved “you” even longer.
