This story could constitute a practical joke or a revenge. My junior year in college myself and three friends had a house and since we went to a relatively small school it became somewhat ofrepparttar party house. For one of my roommates 21st birthday a friend of ours gave him a handle ofrepparttar 110564 cheapest whiskey (it came in a plastic bottle andrepparttar 110565 dude that gave it to us had an entire case of these handles!) I have ever run across.

A few weeks later we had thrown a small gathering and had people in and out ofrepparttar 110566 house. Well I noticed that (and I mean no offense to frat boys when I finish this sentence) some 'think you are cool trying to take our cheap whiskey'-fratboy walked outside and tried to stash our cheap whiskey to take at a later point. Little did he know I noticed this. So instead of taking our cheap whiskey back, I tell one of my other roommates and we decide to piss intorepparttar 110567 whiskeyrepparttar 110568 rest ofrepparttar 110569 night. When we started pissing inrepparttar 110570 whiskey there was about a quarter ofrepparttar 110571 handle filled; we 'filled' it up back to about three-quarters.

8 THINGS TO DO WHEN YOUR LEASE IS UP

When planning to move out of your apartment there are certain obligations that you have to your landlord.

1. GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE - Generally a 30 day notice is required but check your lease as some counties allow for a 60 day notice.

2. GIVE NOTICE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH - This can be tricky so be careful. In some cases if you give your notice even a day late you can end up paying for an extra month's rent. Find out what your landlord's policy is.

3. YOU MUST GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE EVEN IF YOUR LEASE IS EXPIRING. Your landlord will generally assume that you will stay on month to month unless he hears otherwise from you.

4. IF YOU LIVE IN A HIGH RISE RESERVE THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR EARLY.

5. SPEND THE TIME NECESSARY TO CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT THROUGHLY. If your lease states that you must haverepparttar carpets professionally cleaned then do so. Also if a de- flea and/or de-tick treatment is called for because of your pet make sure thatrepparttar 110563 work is done.
