Revelations a Study. section 4.

Written by Rev.Anthony Smith

Revelations a Study. section 4. In section 4, we will see a lot of symbolism. Section 4. Chapters 6:1 thru 7:1. The Lamb {Jesusrepparttar Christ} openingrepparttar 144271 seals, only 6 seals are opened in this section. The first seal. The White Horse. Rev 6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.Rev. 6:2 is not speaking of Jesus but ofrepparttar 144272 antichristian elements. This isrepparttar 144273 same asrepparttar 144274 other three horsemen. If you noticed in Rev.6:2 we see a rider with a BOW. In scripture Jesus is never described as haveing a bow but only a sword. The second thing we see here is ”a crown was given unto him” this designates thatrepparttar 144275 rider before was never in power untill it was granted him. The second Seal. The Red Horse. Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace fromrepparttar 144276 earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. This verse again does not speek of Jesus. This line speakes for itself as not being Jesus.“power was given to him“ Jesus is power and has no need to be given it. This next verse shows, war and hatred amoung mankind, repparttar 144277 word sword designates war. The ability to make war was given unto him.“to take peace fromrepparttar 144278 earth, that they should kill one another, was given unto him a great sword.” The third Seal. The Black Horse. Rev 6:5 And when he had openedrepparttar 144279 third seal, I heardrepparttar 144280 third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. [A measure: “The word choenix signifieth a measure containing one wine-quart andrepparttar 144281 twelfth part of a quart.”] The Black Horseman is a prelude torepparttar 144282 pale horse. In verse 6:6 we seerepparttar 144283 phrase,”hurt notrepparttar 144284 oil andrepparttar 144285 wine.” This isrepparttar 144286 main stapel of Israel. “A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny” Food at this time will cost a days wages. The word Penny, designates wages. “wheat & barley” designates materials that are used in makeing bread but here they also designate food. The fourth Seal. The Pale Horse. The word “pale” signifies death. Rev 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them overrepparttar 144287 fourth part ofrepparttar 144288 earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and withrepparttar 144289 beasts ofrepparttar 144290 earth. Hab 2:5 Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:. Reference.Eze_5:15-17, Eze_14:13-21. In this phrase we see 2 spiritual beings. ”power was given unto them”

SALVATION, HOLINESS AND DELIVERANCE

Written by Rev.Anthony Smith

SALVATION, HOLINESS AND DELIVERANCE. Is Heaven our Destination or our Destiny? Luke 1:74 thru 79. That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out ofrepparttar hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, allrepparttar 144184 days of our life. And thou, child, shalt be calledrepparttar 144185 prophet ofrepparttar 144186 Highest: for thou shalt go beforerepparttar 144187 face ofrepparttar 144188 Lord to prepare his ways; To give knowledge of salvation unto his people byrepparttar 144189 remission of their sins, Throughrepparttar 144190 tender mercy of our God; wherebyrepparttar 144191 dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and inrepparttar 144192 shadow of death, to guide our feet intorepparttar 144193 way of peace. The first question that we must ask is ,”What is SALVATION, HOLINESS AND DELIVERANCE ? Salvation; Preservation or deliverance from destruction, difficulty, or evil. Deliverance fromrepparttar 144194 power or penalty of sin; redemption. HOLINESS; an essential and distinguishing attribute of someone. The quality of being sacred. Deliverance; recovery or preservation from loss or danger. The act of delivering orrepparttar 144195 condition of being delivered. Rescue from bondage or danger. A publicly expressed opinion or judgment, repparttar 144196 act of delivering from sin or saving from evil, repparttar 144197 act of regaining or saving someone lost (or in danger of becoming lost), rescuing from error and returning to a rightful course; "the reclamation of delinquent children. SALVATION, HOLINESS AND DELIVERANCE is many things in scripture. Jesus always talked about us asrepparttar 144198 children of God. The Apostile Paul also stated that we are little children in need od these three things. Torepparttar 144199 Jews first and then torepparttar 144200 gentiles. We must remember that anyone who is not born a Jew are automatically a gentile. That he [God] would grant unto us, that we being delivered out ofrepparttar 144201 hand of our enemies [The enemies that Jesus is speaking of arerepparttar 144202 enemies ofrepparttar 144203 soul and spirit. The enemies ofrepparttar 144204 flesh are always going to be there.] might serve him without fear, [without fear knowing that we are saved by grace thru faith, knowing that once saved and delivered out ofrepparttar 144205 hands of our mortal enemies, no one can take us out ofrepparttar 144206 hand ofrepparttar 144207 liveing God.] In holiness and righteousness [not of our own holiness or righteousness but of those things that are of God.] before him, allrepparttar 144208 days of our life. The life that Jesus speaks of here isrepparttar 144209 eternal life with Him in Glory. #1.Salvation; Preservation or deliverance from destruction, difficulty, or evil. Deliverance fromrepparttar 144210 power or penalty of sin; redemption. Deliverance from destruction, 1Co 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan forrepparttar 144211 destruction ofrepparttar 144212 flesh, thatrepparttar 144213 spirit may be saved inrepparttar 144214 day ofrepparttar 144215 Lord Jesus. Salvation comes fromrepparttar 144216 beliefe inrepparttar 144217 word, which is delievered byrepparttar 144218 ministers of God. Salvation comes byrepparttar 144219 hearing ofrepparttar 144220 word. Many are hearing things that they do not understand and it becomes a stumbling block torepparttar 144221 unlearned. So when many cannot or will not understandrepparttar 144222 word, they rejectrepparttar 144223 word with false doctrine. 2Co 10:8 For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, whichrepparttar 144224 Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed: We as ministers are not ashamed ofrepparttar 144225 authority that has been granted unto us by God to delieverrepparttar 144226 truth of scripture. We do not use our authority to bring destruction upon any one, for that is not in our power. So then is our authority over you torepparttar 144227 good of your souls? Yes. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. No more sacrifices of bulls, goats nor doves will be accepted. Acts 28:28 Be it known therefore unto you, thatrepparttar 144228 salvation of God is sent untorepparttar 144229 Gentiles, and that they will hear it. All mankind will hear aboutrepparttar 144230 salvation of God, but not all will believe. Rom 10:10 For withrepparttar 144231 heart man believeth unto righteousness; and withrepparttar 144232 mouth confession is made unto salvation. Salvation comes fromrepparttar 144233 Heart and from confession fromrepparttar 144234 mouth, as a witness ofrepparttar 144235 Grace and Holiness of God. 2Co 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: butrepparttar 144236 sorrow ofrepparttar 144237 world worketh death. Salvation takes a step of faith. A.Assurance from God on your salvation. 2Co 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual inrepparttar 144238 enduring ofrepparttar 144239 same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. B.No fear. Phi 1:28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God. C.Enlightnment. 2Pe 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do alsorepparttar 144240 other scriptures, unto their own destruction. D.Enemies ofrepparttar 144241 Cross.Phi 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they arerepparttar 144242 enemies ofrepparttar 144243 cross of Christ:
