There is no magic bullet that will make you lose weight without trying. No special diet that lets you eat a huge amount of food and drop pounds fast. No ab-machine or exer-cycle that you see at three fifteen in morning on an infomercial is really going to make that much difference to you.
We all know secret to losing weight, right? Eat right, exercise more and keep a positive attitude. Yes, we all know that. If you ever had a weight problem though, you know it’s not really that simple. Eating right is difficult when your facing constant hunger, when every food that is good for you tastes horrible and you are racing full speed ahead from moment you wake up until you hop into bed at night making fast food very tempting. Exercise is time consuming and difficult, sometimes it can even be downright painful! As for that positive attitude, well that’s relatively easy. Once you get past hunger pangs and sore muscles, fact that you have not eaten anything that you like in a week and a half and have worn blisters, in places better not mentioned, on that bicycle seat. After that staying positive is a piece of cake.
Well, no, I guess it really isn’t.
Overlooked in standard equation though, eat less and exercise more truism, is fact that we are not only physical beings but psychic ones as well.
There are too many techniques to go over all of them here, it could literally fill a book, perhaps someday it will. Right now though action needs to be taken. Americans are gaining weight at an alarming rate. From our eldest people to our youngest, we are plumping up at levels never seen before.
We need to address three main areas if we wish to bring about long term weight-loss. The mental, emotional and physiological aspects.
This could be a road just as hard as strictest diet and as painful as running a marathon. It could be, but It’s not. Using a few simple techniques, you can bolster your self-discipline, your metabolic rate and your positive feelings about losing weight. You can also relieve hunger pains and feelings of angst over your current weight.
You can do these yourself, or have a friend or professional help you with them, so don’t be worried that you might not have never tried anything like this before!
Here are some basic techniques you can use to aid in losing weight. While simple they are very powerful. You still have to diet and exercise, these methods will make that easier to do though.
*Start by calming yourself and quieting your mind. Just take a minute to not worry about anything, relax and let go of any distractions.
*Hold idea in your mind that you are already thin. I know that this seems strange, but if you want to lose weight it helps to convince yourself that it is possible. If your mind rebels and tries to tell you something different just replace thought with idea you are thin and healthy and don’t worry about it. It will take a bit of time to train your subconscious mind how to be thin. Spend a few minutes just “knowing” that you are slim and trim. You don’t even have to visualize it. In fact, to your deeper self it is more helpful if you don’t visualize it.

If you ever had a pet, you are likely aware that animals have their own personalities, they have likes and dislikes and feelings of affection and, at times anger. It often seems that they are trying very hard to tell us things and trying let us know what it is they want. If we could just understand them. Which with just a bit of practice and understanding, we can.
All animals can be communicated with on a psychic level, in fact they always do! Every time you meet an animal, your subconscious mind lets them know how you feel about it, and in turn, they respond by sharing same information about their thoughts and feelings with you. Every single time. The trick, then, is becoming aware of this communication and using it in a way that will create a bond of understanding between you and our animal friends.
To do this we need to understand how psychic communication with animals takes place, how animals think and react on a mental level and what to expect from your “conversations” with animals.
All psychic communication with animals takes place in generally subconscious strata of your brain, for that matter, most psychic and intuitive processes do. Animals think like this all time. This means that animals think in ideas rather than words. They simply “know” what they want or need. They “feel” their way through world, rather than using reason and logic.
In a manner of speaking, every animal is psychic, as they live and exist in a manner that is completely intuitive in both manner of thought and parts of brain used. They lack our higher brain functions however and our ability to learn to focus such abilities. Which explains how a dog may travel over a thousand miles to find his family, yet still not know that he is going to be hit by a car when he gets there. He just doesn’t understand what information received means.
When trying to connect with an animal, it is important to remember that there won’t be any words or clear pictures coming from them, at least most types of creatures, so all information that presents itself that way is your own interpretation of their thought, or, more likely, your own imagination filling in information. If you can resist the, very normal, urge to “put words in their mouths” you can get a lot of information from them.
By dealing with them on this level you can get very clear understanding of what they think and want. In turn you can, by clarifying your position, let them know what you think. They are animals though and will have a limited ability to understand abstract information, letters or numbers. This is alright though, because on deep subconscious level you will have to reach to connect with them, you will have some trouble with those concepts too!
Communicating with an animal is not same thing as seizing control of their minds and forcing them to do your bidding! They are still separate entities that have their own needs and wants. If you demand that they do things they don’t wish to, they will ignore, or perhaps, even resent you. If you try to scare them into behaving way you desire, say with threats and intimidation, you may find immediate success, but they will come to fear you. The way to gain good behavior from an animal is same one we always use. Offer them a reward for doing what you want.
