Prosperity PracticesWritten by Sam Stevens
By popular request, I thought I would put together this little list of simple things you can do to increase cash flow ...sometimes, most absurd and smallest practices seem to work better than a ritual that you have to make into a big dramatic production. I have tried these ones and they have at one time or another worked for me... •Every time you see a coin on floor you are to stomp on it and go 'Money on floor, money on door!' Then pick it up and put it in your wallet. •Always keep a bowl of small change, (foreign or odd coins are best) in a bowl by your front door. Antique or old keys also bring money too. •Buy a jade plant. This is that small dwarf like plant with big fleshy leaves. Put it by front door, or in northeast corner of your home... it also is helpful in office. Keep leaves clean and free from dust. •Write a cheque to yourself for total amount of money you need and date you need it by ...It helps if you use gold pen and make cheque look as official as possible. It is also good to anoint cheque with Money Drawing Oil, which can be bought commercially, or if you don't have that -- bergamot, vetivert, cinnamon or orange oil. Then fold check eight times and put it in a dark place. (This one once worked for me. I needed to make $120.0000 in one year. I made $80,000 and someone lent me another $20.000. So Universe let me have one hundred thousand of it ...I figure my lack of faith accounted for shortfall.) This is an especially good one to do at New Year's, on special holidays or your birthday. •Make a money tree. This is done usually at Christmas ... but you could do it any time of year. You find an old tree branch, which looks relatively like body of a small tree and you actually attach money to it with clothespins. The idea is that whatever you attach is worth ten times as much. For instance if you attach a five dollar bill, it actually represents five hundred dollars. Don't have any money? You can use monopoly money or even attach green slips of paper with amounts written on it. I know it sounds nuts, but I have had surprising results with this one. •Short on cash? A quick fix is to buy a head of iceberg lettuce, sprinkle it with olive oil and salt, and eat whole thing raw. Each time you take a mouthful, you think about all green you need coming to you. All three ingredients represent security, money and stability.
| | Better Instead of BitterWritten by Sam Stevens
I have been studying several books lately that deal with subject of attracting prosperity, well being and abundance to oneself -- partly as a refresher course for myself, but also partly because I was searching for answers for some of our clients in Realm. Lately in chat rooms, issue of how to overcome bitterness or loss is a big topic. How do you be 'better, instead of bitter' when life hands you what feels like a terrible blow; whether it be to your heart, to your pocketbook or very core of your soul? First of all it is important to remember that you are not alone. Nobody gets through life unscathed. Everyone faces disease, death, poverty, abandonment and heartbreak. However like old saying goes, 'it is not cards you have been dealt, but how you play them that counts'. (and I don't mean Tarot cards here, either, lol) After searching through several books here (some inspirational and some religious texts -- Zohar, Bible, Louise Hays, Sanaya Roman, Elizabeth Clare Prophet and Florence Scovel Shinn, I came to conclude that all of these masters, whether they be a channeller or a master or a disciple of a religion were saying one thing. 'Like attracts like.' Therefore if your heart is filled with resentment and bitterness, you will attract same. It is old 'sowing what you reap' thing from Bible. So it is very important, no matter what your experience, to keep yourself emotionally clean and to learn how to separate your feelings from 'what is really going on'. Hateful emotions such as obsession, jealousy and so forth block your connection to your higher self and prevent you from receiving your divine right -- which is that wisdom that is transferred down to you from a Higher Power for you to use to improve your life and raise your vibrations so you can attract good things. Apparently, unattractive or unpleasant experiences that we attract into our lives are result of a lack of faith in higher power that lives within each and every one of this. This lack of faith manifests itself in a desire to control or reluctance to let go. Dwelling on past (especially to happier times) is also a big block, as it creates a feeling of discontent that prevents you from connecting from wisdom of your inner self. Most religions, faiths and cults have their own version of concept of 'the Christ within'. This is called super-conscious and is energy that you want to be connected to. Most of us however are driven by energies of subconscious, which in a way, can be compared to fuel that drives a truck. This is a primitive and primal source that needs to be shaped and molded by your conscious mind to impress upon your subconscious that all will be well. If your conscious or every day mind is always trapped in a state of dread, anticipation, disappointment, fear, resentment or otherwise, than subconscious mind picks up on that an MANIFESTS that situation. So things get worse and you repeat patterns or situations that you would rather not experience again.
