Outsourcing Is Picking PaceWritten by Mansi gupta
BPO or Business Process Outsourcing is a very common and mushrooming phenomenon these days. BPO can be defined as accomplishment of a business task from some outside agency. For instance a company can ask or hire an external agency to maintain its old records and accounts. The phenomenon of outsourcing was not so well established before a decade. Initially some of relatively small and low grade jobs like old storage record of company were outsourced in United States. Gradually with budding success and confidence, valuable and crucial jobs like payroll accounting, human resource tasks – recruitment, training and development of employees joined fray.Outsourced jobs most often involve ones, which need to be performed on a regular or daily basis. The companies now no more perform such tasks which they used to perform themselves. Like hiring of a consultant company for training of new employees, getting advertisements made from an advertising firm across seas. Outsourcing has many benefits. It allows a company to identify and focus on its core competencies. The company can outsource every other task that can be taken up by outside agencies and that requires significant time and energy (like training of new employees, making recruitments, marketing and manufacturing of products etc.). This lends opportunity to company to fully concentrate on its core competency. Along with this low cost factor is equally important. The companies in US and Europe by outsourcing their jobs in countries like India, Japan and China accrue huge profits in terms of cost saving. Such savings in cost are in form of cheap and skilled labor, manufacturing or production of goods etc. This in turn is a result of variation in salary structure across globe.

Are you a risk taker or do you prefer straight and steady path ? If you are straight and steady guy then stay away from business on web because although majority of them are legit you will always find scams in between hoping to make a quick buck, then they disappear from scene completely. Until next time that is. If you are a risk taker like me ! then go ahead and get started. What can you lose? In most cases it is just a matter of thirty or forty dollars, not a fortune, but to many people money they can't afford to throw away. So how can you tell which programs are legit and which are scams? You can't, that is problem. Always do a search on internet, If business is in first few pages of search it usually means they have been around for a while as it requires good SE or a linking program to reach that position. The scams never reach top listings they are not on web long enough. Beware of programs that promise thousands with in a week or ten days, unless website owner is a millionaire and is going to pay you out of his own pocket then you have not got a hope.
