What is a niche market search engine? It is a search engine focused on a specific industry or topic. What many people don't realize is that these engines can and do produce traffic, and they contain traffic that is very targeted. Anyone who checks their weblogs to see where their traffic is coming from knows that targeted traffic converts at a significantly higher rate than non-targeted traffic. The point is quality is better than quantity. Business owners should focus their marketing efforts on attracting targeted traffic. A good example would be if you have a home business, advertising on a site related to home business like www.buzzseek.com would bring more targeted visitors to your site than a general search engine. Niche engines are not as large as general search engines like Google and Yahoo but they can still work quite well with your marketing campaign by directing targeted visitors. It’s only natural that these industry specific search engines are smaller than general search engines because they focus on a much smaller market. The bonus to advertisers is benefit of reaching a highly targeted audience. If you are searching for a specific product you are bound to find what you are looking for at a targeted site.

Taken straight from an episode of Kids Say The Darndest Things...? A show hosted by Bill Cosby where he asks kids various questions as if it is an interview and he, as well as kids, always find a way to make us laugh. Based on Art Linkletter's House Party, Kids Say has host Cosby talking to young kids about everything from dead goldfish to love letters.Well it wasn't an episode of that show..but it could be if Mr. Cosby had my daughter up on stage..... My dad listens to music all day on his computer! would be response if someone was to ask my kids (mostly youngest) what her dad does. They know their mom goes to work at hospital, where she's a nurse, but me....? I could only imagine laughter by studio audience and there I would be trying to hide in someone's shadow! Probably not, since I'm not easily embarrassed. Why would she say that? Simple explanation.. As I work on my computer in my home office I usually listen to my cd collection or streaming media files (radio, music mixes.. sporting events). I love to work with music in background.. mind-you there are times when I love silence. It can also get pretty noisy when I'm listening to a soccer or NBA game.. I'm one of those people that screams, shouts and make several comments while listening to sporting events!
