Natural Health -- The First LawWritten by Ellis Hein
Health is a measure of how well your cells function. To be at your best means that each cell must be functioning at its best. Do you know what it takes to have all your cells fully operational? There is a direct connection between vitality of your cells and things you put into your body. Your body was made to receive nutrients it needs from foods you eat. The availability of nutrients at cellular level determines your overall health. This is first law of natural health. But before you begin on any nutritional program or diet, ask yourself following questions. ·In what soil was this food grown? ·Under what conditions did it grow? ·What is breeding behind plants producing this food? Health-giving foods have certain characteristics. You can easily digest them and you gain many more nutrients than you expend on digestion, assimilation and distribution. These foods are called "nutrient dense foods." Our plant breeders and our agricultural practices have been robbing us of these nutrient dense foods. Because easily digested and nutrient loaded food supports life — all life — such foods do not keep long on grocery shelves. Economic pressures have caused us to develop long keeping, nutrient poor varieties of our commercial food plants. Our reliance upon commercial fertilizers, which replace only three or four of 70 or more minerals needed for optimal growing conditions, has led to mineral deficient soils that produce nutrient poor plants.
| | NO2 Muscle Enhancing HemodialatorWritten by Marc David
Whenever I go to gym and tell a friend that I've recently started supplement, NO2, nobody knows what I'm talking about but I even mention Creatine, and that is well known as a standard for building muscle.Could NO2 be next Creatine? When Creatine was launched, it was expensive. But it worked. It was a huge craze at gyms and most everybody wanted it. The reason they wanted it so much, is that it worked. It was legal and side-effects, well so far, there aren't any (as long as you drink plenty of fluids). Since launching of this successful product, there has never been anything that hit market with same enthusiasm. NO2, according to research , "the first of an exciting new category of muscle-enhancers known as a hemodilators. NO2 has unique ability to perpetually sustain flow of muscle-building agents to skeletal muscle." Before I give my review, I'd like to share another quote of benefits and claims. "By increasing nitric oxide production, NO2 increases your maximum contractile velocity - in all muscle types. The results are immediate and consequential, and include increasing your load capacity, boosting your power output, and quickening your muscle contraction." When I first was asked to try this product, I was skeptical. I've been bodybuilding for 16 years now (mainly for general fitness not to get freaky huge), and I've tried a lot of supplements. The last time I was excited about a supplement was Creatine like most of gym-rats. But I'm always willing to review something and try it for myself in hopes that maybe I'll find that gem and tell rest of world.
