Mesothelioma TypesWritten by T.Going
Mesothelioma TypesExposure to asbestos or asbestos related products can cause a rare type of cancer called Mesothelioma. Mesothelioma is separated into two groups, malignant and benign. The three main types of malignant mesotheliomas are epithelioid, sarcomatoid and mixed/biphasic. Epithelioid is most common kind as around 50-70% of all mesothelioma cases reported are this type. Epithelioid also has best chances of survival. It affects internal organs and internal surfaces coverings. Sarcomatoid is a much more serious condition as it affects secondary tissues in body such as cartilage, muscles, bone and fat. However, this cancer is much rarer, as it only occurs 7-20% of time. Mixed/biphasic is having both types of cancer at once, and this makes up 20-35% of occurrences.

Is there really a way to manage your anxiety? The answer is yes. I know of many little nick knacks that can lessen severity and reduce amount of attacks and decrease how often they happen. But honestly do you really want to learn to “manage” your attacks? I’ve got to ask why anyone would want to learn to “manage” their anxiety when there is a way to eliminate them for GOOD! Is it because some sufferers are afraid of such a change? I guess if you’ve been living with it for 20+ years you might fear change. Or maybe it’s because you don’t truly “believe” there really is a way to eliminate anxiety and panic disorder for good! And probably most worrisome and debilitating thought you can get stuck with would be “mine is different to everyone else’s, it won’t go away”. For as long as you keep a mind set like those I just mentioned, I guarantee you that you will be stuck with living and trying to manage your anxiety.
