Live the Dream

Written by Mark Claridge

To achieve what you want, what you desire, needs a change in your thinking. You need to change your mindset. You need to visualise. By using this technique of visualisation you will actually put yourself into any given situation.

Any sports man or women atrepparttar top of there game will use visualisation. If they are a high jumper they will go over and over a jump in their mind. They will live it and re-live it, step by step. A motor racer will visualise leavingrepparttar 122815 starting grid and getting ahead ofrepparttar 122816 pack. They would have driven every part ofrepparttar 122817 track, taken every bend or turn. They will know exactly were to brake and were to accelerate. They will have drivenrepparttar 122818 racetrack a thousand times in their minds eye.

Although we may not be aware of it,repparttar 122819 brain works by visualising pictures not by using words. Yes we use words to communicate butrepparttar 122820 brain will automatically turn these words into pictures. So that we can visualise what is being said.

I once attended a seminar. The lecturer was very good, very confident and used many practical examples to explain himself. He was explaining how you can remember anything you are told, see or read if only you can visualise it. Just beforerepparttar 122821 break for lunch he asked us to write our first names on a piece of paper and hold them up in front of us.

On our return he asked us to sit in exactlyrepparttar 122822 same place we were before lunch. Now there were around 50 people inrepparttar 122823 room. He then started to name all of us. He told you your name, repparttar 122824 name ofrepparttar 122825 person to your right, your left. The name ofrepparttar 122826 person sitting in front of you andrepparttar 122827 person sitting behind you. It was truly amazing. He did this through a form of visualisation. He put a picture to every person inrepparttar 122828 room. Within that picture was a story within that story was your name. So when he looked at you he just visualised his story.

That was one ofrepparttar 122829 greatest examples of visualisation I had or have ever witnessed. But it proved his point, visualisation does work. Many entertainers use this method to remember names of people in an audience. Especially comedians who "play off" many members of an audience, as part of their act.

Many of us have trouble remembering things. If you can put a picture to everything you here or read with practise you will find your memory will improve.

So how do we use visualisation to achieve our goals?

You have to use visualisation to liverepparttar 122830 dream. This isrepparttar 122831 way to achieve it.

I have often spoken aboutrepparttar 122832 universe and how all life is connected to it. This is not a new theory. Hegel, Emerson, Wallace Wattles and Napoleon Hill have covered it in great depth, back inrepparttar 122833 last century. Furthermore through many philosophers even further back in history.

Here we go. You might have to readrepparttar 122834 next paragraph a couple of times to grasprepparttar 122835 concept.

If we are at one withrepparttar 122836 universe andrepparttar 122837 universe is at one with us and everything throughoutrepparttar 122838 universe is connected, this must include our mind, body and soul. Then our mind must have an effect on our body and consequently our soul must have an effect on or mind. So therefore our mind must have an effect our soul.

You’re Right to an Abundant Life

Written by Mark Claridge

We are all part ofrepparttar universe. The universe is a living, breathing thing. I userepparttar 122814 word “thing” because there is no other way to describe it. It is not animal, vegetable or mineral; it is all of these things. It isrepparttar 122815 creation andrepparttar 122816 substance of all life.

We are all part ofrepparttar 122817 universe andrepparttar 122818 universe is part of us. Withoutrepparttar 122819 universe life is dead. Without liferepparttar 122820 universe is dead. Everything is inter-connected. We take for granted thatrepparttar 122821 sun will rise, thatrepparttar 122822 waters will flow and that vegetation will grow in abundance all over our world. Without sun or water, life could not survive. We need both of these things to producerepparttar 122823 vegetation that is life and that life survives upon.

For example, take an Oak tree. It starts its life as a seed. Overrepparttar 122824 years it grows and grows. It may take one hundred years to reach its full potential but eventually it does. It does this through self-growth, it obtains all it needs and requirements to develop its growth fromrepparttar 122825 natural elements that surround it. The sun, repparttar 122826 water andrepparttar 122827 minerals that surround, and are withinrepparttar 122828 earth.

All animals are also entitled to this natural growth. They need exactlyrepparttar 122829 same natural components of life to survive. There is of course one big difference betweenrepparttar 122830 animal kingdom andrepparttar 122831 plant kingdom animals have brains. This very sophisticated organ allows all animals to survive by using a thought process. Although admittedly in some animals it has developed to a much higher degree of awareness and intelligence then in others.

Let us now look at this in further detail.

In some animals there brains are there just to control there bodily functions. In other words to breath, walk, run and find food. Then there isrepparttar 122832 next group that have learned to communicate, have learned to live and work together. The dog family for example will work in a pack to catch there pray. Many other groups of animals have learnt how to be both cunning and patient and use these principals to catch there pray. No matter what there degree of intelligence all animals haverepparttar 122833 in-built instinct to survive.

So what about Human Beings – Man? The most intelligent animal of all.

What strange animals we are. We haverepparttar 122834 most sophisticated brain ofrepparttar 122835 entire animal kingdom. Our brains are so far advanced compared torepparttar 122836 rest ofrepparttar 122837 animals on this earth and we are still only using a fraction of our brains capabilities. We can build unbelievable machines, marvellous buildings, send satellites into space, and communicate with each other in real time anywhere inrepparttar 122838 world. But somehow we have lost our basic instincts –repparttar 122839 instinct to survive our right to have an abundant life.

Without mans interference there would be an abundance of wildlife, of flowers and trees. It isrepparttar 122840 law of naturerepparttar 122841 law ofrepparttar 122842 universe that everything should be in abundance. There are millions of planets; there are thousands of species and sub-species of both animals, plants, fish even bacteria. It’s a fact that bacteria arerepparttar 122843 most prolific of all life forms, although on an intelligence level it is one ofrepparttar 122844 lowest. Bacterium is in abundance it can be found and will grow and multiply anywhere.

So if everything on this earth is in such abundance. If everything on earth is meant to grow and expand and is entitled byrepparttar 122845 law ofrepparttar 122846 universe to do so. Why are so many people not obtaining an abundant life?

Look: it’s as simple as this.

If life is in abundance and if everything that sustains life is in abundance, does that not mean you are entitled to some of it?

The earth will never run-out of recourses either natural or un-natural.

We will never run-out of water, food or minerals. We will always find a way of generating power. If coal runs out we can always use oil or nuclear power. We are at this present time investigating better ways to harness wind power. There is always enough food available inrepparttar 122847 world to feed every single person on Earth. Althoughrepparttar 122848 distribution of this food comes down to political matters. Inrepparttar 122849 third world people starve inrepparttar 122850 modern world we throw food away. The truth is. If we could all work together there is enough food for everyone, and there always will be. It’srepparttar 122851 Law ofrepparttar 122852 Universe.
