Jules Obtainsrepparttar Jewels

Jules Asner, repparttar 130865 current cohost of E! News Daily, along with Steve Kmetko, had a golden opportunity to berepparttar 130866 first one to host E!'s "Wild On" adventure series. The series was originally titled "Sex onrepparttar 130867 Riviera." When Eleanor Mondale leftrepparttar 130868 show, Jules filled in and ended up hosting "Wild On" for a year and a half. The "Wild On" series takes viewers aroundrepparttar 130869 world and shows them that there are OTHER extremely wild people besides Americans doing extremely wild stuff. Yes, Brooke Burke DID have a predecessor. Although in an interview, Jules mentioned that she was reluctant to hostrepparttar 130870 "Wild On" adventure series. She wasn't sure if she wanted to put herself throughrepparttar 130871 dangerous demands of para-sailing, for instance. Byrepparttar 130872 way, her para-sailing adventure was one of her scariest moments. Apparently, Jules was terrified, and rightly so, whenrepparttar 130873 wind kicked up more than usual and Jules was drifting inrepparttar 130874 air more than what was planned. It also didn't help matters thatrepparttar 130875 producers took their time bringing her down. Physically, she ended up fine, but her anxiety was obvious because ofrepparttar 130876 expletives were bleeped out and by watching what she was experiencing.

Jules hostingrepparttar 130877 "Wild On" series was an invaluable link to her current endeavors. She currently cohosts E! News Daily with Steve Kmetko, which she initially and ultimately wanted to do. Along with E! News Daily, she hosts her own show, "Revealed." Will ANY of our link positions (or stepping stone) positions likely to be as exciting, glamorous or as famous asrepparttar 130878 E! "Wild On" show? Certainly not! Butrepparttar 130879 point is that Jules was initially reluctant to host "Wild On." How many positions have we turned down because we've been initially reluctant to take a job that we KNOW will lead to a career? As a former fast food manager, I KNEW that I was grossly underpaid, andrepparttar 130880 stress level for what little I was paid was robbery. I KNEW that I could always say that I had management experience whenever I did a resume or filled out an employment application.

Before many Australians recently, a devastating story unfolded on a popular current affairs program.

I doubt there would have been one person watching not moved by this man’s depression and plight. Despite undergoingrepparttar 130865 surgery, today he could barely get through each day, both physically and mentally. He shared with us his sense of hopelessness and wanting to end it all.

It was not only his size that was causing his depression. He had to deal with a heart broken by disappointment.

You see, repparttar 130866 stomach stapling had been a success.

He soon lost well over 50 kilos post operation and he and his family rejoiced. But thenrepparttar 130867 unthinkable happened.

The weight came back. Today he weighs well over 300 kilos – more than beforerepparttar 130868 stomach stapling.

This is an extreme case, but nonetheless raises a question that so many people continue to battle with.

After a diet, why doesrepparttar 130869 weight come back so quickly?

To answer this we need to understand how much energy a body requires. For each pound you weigh, each day you need 12 calories to maintain your body weight. If you weigh 120 pounds you will need 120 x 12 calories, that is, 1440 calories per day to maintain that body weight.
