testosterone levels as a man to build huge muscles. The bodybuilding training will only tone muscles and add shape.
Question 2 Will I have to 2nd mortgage
house so I can buy supplements to support my bodybuilding endeavors?
No. Just follow a natural well-balanced eating plan.
Question 3 Can I build a larger chest with bodybuilding?
No. But you can tone
underlying muscles of your chest which will help enhance your appearance.
