It’s Possible

According to Walt Disney, “if you can dream it, you can do it.” That’s how Disney turned a cute little mouse named Mickey into an icon that became famous aroundrepparttar world. Dreams are about possibilities.

Martin Luther King had a dream where he envisioned a country filled with freedom for all its citizens regardless of ethnicity or religious beliefs. He started a freedom movement that continues to live on even after his life was taken. Dreams are about possibilities.

Althoughrepparttar 123026 summer Olympics are over we saw athletes from aroundrepparttar 123027 world pursuing their dreams of becomingrepparttar 123028 best in their field. We watchedrepparttar 123029 events and listened torepparttar 123030 personal stories ofrepparttar 123031 competitors unfold. We were privileged to hear what many of them endured to participate inrepparttar 123032 Olympics. Dreams are about possibilities.

Someone once said, “follow your dreams, for as you dream you shall become.” So what is your dream? What is it that inspires you to create possibilities in your life? These questions are very personal in nature. Our dreams are what fill us with hope, purpose and meaning. What does it take to turn your dreams into possibilities?

First, make that dream vivid in your mind. You need to be able to feel it, see it, touch it, hear it and smell it. Use your senses to give life to your dream. It must be real in your mind.

Second, do some long range planning. It takes time to becomerepparttar 123033 best at what you do. Have a five-year plan, a ten-year plan, a fifteen year plan and beyond. Know that you are in it forrepparttar 123034 long haul. Overnight success isn’trepparttar 123035 norm. .
