If you're selling your own ebooks which you authored, you have best differentiation as there're no direct competition. But if you're reselling others' ebooks, you NEED to create a Differentiation Strategy.

You've got to have your own niche among crowded marketplace. Some ways to do just that include :

* Unique website : Create your own website to resell instead of using common template, this is like a breath of fresh air for your potential customers.

For example, I resell Fast Track Profit package by Marcus Yong by creating my own unique website with it's own domain name. The original template is at http://www.cashebooks.com, but my own unique version at http://www.ultimateebooks.com looks completely different. As a results, sales were much better.

This technique can also be used in other areas beside ebook marketing. For example, creating a special mini-site for your favourite affiliate program differentiates you from common pack. It's a great place for a holiday …time out just for yourself. For me it was an ideal break and had all components of a 'holistic' retreat. And to top it all off, everything was organised.

To cut a long story short, Camp Eden is for everyone. The very worst thing that will happen to you is you'll relax and lose weight!

The program I booked in for was "Balance" which consisted of a personal development program, relaxation, exercise and fun. It was interesting to note that majority of guests that week chose same program.

The group I was part of included a well-known AFL footballer, a shy accountant, a private investigator who was ready to self-destruct before he arrived, a smoke-a-holic, a computer consultant and a whole cross-section of community.

What was interesting was change in each person by end of week. The footballer was super-energised to return to pre-season training, shy accountant had become a daredevil, private investigator realised what he had to do to tidy up his life, smoke-a-holic for first time since she could remember had not smoked for a week and felt healthiest she had ever been and IT consultant's pot belly had almost disappeared.
