In Gratitude

Dear Taxpayer,

Your none too humble servants all too rarely express their deep appreciation for all you have done to make America all that it is today. We hope this message will correct that oversight.

First and foremost, we thank you for guaranteeingrepparttar national credit. We would be lost without it and debt free. We would be a prosperous nation with a government restricted to its enumerated powers. We would have few jobs for our friends and relatives. There would be so few benefits for us we would be forced to serve out of civic mindedness. We would be unable to reward our international friends or punish our perceived enemies, foreign and domestic, if not for your credit guarantee.

We thank you for providing us junior taxpayers forrepparttar 113507 future so we can let you offrepparttar 113508 hook forrepparttar 113509 deficits we will continue to run up in your name. For that matter, thank you for your name, in which we do all things. That has been exceedingly helpful.

We thank you for assisting us to bullyrepparttar 113510 rest ofrepparttar 113511 world to bend to our will. We thank you for minding your own business and leaving us free to do ours, which really isn't ours exactly. We thank you for assisting us to serve private corporate interests, that will give us well paid jobs should we leave public service and finance our campaigns till then. We thank you for voting and legitimizingrepparttar 113512 great good we do in your name.

Perform Random Acts of Facilitation

Perform Random Acts of Facilitation

If you happen to be a member of any kind of group that meets regularly, Iím calling you to play your part in savingrepparttar world from millions of wasted hours in boring, poorly facilitated meetings! Premise

Any participant in any group, at anytime, can commit a Random Act of Facilitation to clarify, focus, and increaserepparttar 113506 consciousness of any group. Many individuals, working independently will collectively create a healthier, sustainable future if they are willing to engage inrepparttar 113507 regular practice of Random Acts of Facilitation.

Please. Not another boring meeting!

Lets face it,repparttar 113508 vast majority of meetings being held this moment, and those thousands more that will be held inrepparttar 113509 next hour, and every hour thereafter, ad infinitum, will be boring as hell, and a poor use of time. Why? Because they aren't being effectively facilitated. Your average participant doesn't figure they need a facilitator to help run a routine meeting. Right? After all, we've all been to hundreds of meetings. It's no big thing to hold a stupid meeting. Is it?

No you're absolutely right. It's easy to hold a "Stupid" meeting. Unfortunately, that'srepparttar 113510 way most of them turn out. And it's because few of us seerepparttar 113511 importance of "meeting process." This is America by God! This isrepparttar 113512 land of opportunity, of production. We'rerepparttar 113513 land of independence. The land withrepparttar 113514 "can do" attitude. We know how to get things done here! That's absolutely correct. We are great at getting things done. We are masters at producing. Where we now need a little help is on "how" we get things done. On our people processes.

Joinrepparttar 113515 Random Acts of Facilitation Movement.

Each and everyone one of us who have sat through boring, non-productive, out of focus, "I'm wasting my time here" meetings can stop complaining and start doing something now!

I am calling on each and every one of you, no matter how low onrepparttar 113516 totem pole you might reside, to begin a personal campaign I'm calling, "Random acts of Facilitation." As a devotee of this movement, you are directed to begin asking questions aboutrepparttar 113517 meetings you're in. Questions that will invigorate and empower you and your peers. Here is your assignment, and I urge you to accept it:

- You will begin to see to it that a clear agenda is presented atrepparttar 113518 meeting. If it isn't, request that one be developed either inrepparttar 113519 moment or thatrepparttar 113520 meeting disband and reconvene at a later time until one is prepared.
