In God We Trust

Written by Joyce C. Lock

The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, andrepparttar horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.

As for God, his way is perfect;repparttar 126574 word ofrepparttar 126575 LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Offerrepparttar 126576 sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust inrepparttar 126577 LORD. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, andrepparttar 126578 horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will rememberrepparttar 126579 name ofrepparttar 126580 LORD our God.

Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee beforerepparttar 126581 sons of men! The LORD redeemethrepparttar 126582 soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! thereforerepparttar 126583 children of men put their trust underrepparttar 126584 shadow of thy wings.

Trust inrepparttar 126585 LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell inrepparttar 126586 land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Commit thy way untorepparttar 126587 LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Andrepparttar 126588 LORD shall help them and deliver them: he shall deliver them fromrepparttar 126589 wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust inrepparttar 126590 LORD. Blessed is that man that makethrepparttar 126591 LORD his trust, and respecteth notrepparttar 126592 proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me. They trust in their wealth, and boast themselves inrepparttar 126593 multitude of their riches; But I am like a green olive tree inrepparttar 126594 house of God: I trust inrepparttar 126595 mercy of God for ever and ever.

Thou, O God, shalt bring them down intorepparttar 126596 pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee. What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust inrepparttar 126597 covert of thy wings. Selah.

Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. The righteous shall be glad inrepparttar 126598 LORD, and shall trust in him; and allrepparttar 126599 upright in heart shall glory. In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion. For thou art my hope, O LORD God: thou art my trust from my youth.

But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust inrepparttar 126600 LORD God, that I may declare all thy works. I will say ofrepparttar 126601 LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. O Israel, trust thou inrepparttar 126602 LORD: he is their help and their shield. O house of Aaron, trust inrepparttar 126603 LORD: he is their help and their shield. Ye that fearrepparttar 126604 LORD, trust inrepparttar 126605 LORD: he is their help and their shield.

It is better to trust inrepparttar 126606 LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust inrepparttar 126607 LORD than to put confidence in princes. So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word. They that trust inrepparttar 126608 LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.

Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness inrepparttar 126609 morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to knowrepparttar 126610 way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee. My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.

Just Ask

Written by Joyce C. Lock

Thus saithrepparttar Lord, repparttar 126573 Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerningrepparttar 126574 work of my hands command ye me.

Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook notrepparttar 126575 ordinance of their God: they ask of merepparttar 126576 ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God. They shall askrepparttar 126577 way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves torepparttar 126578 Lord in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.

Ask ye ofrepparttar 126579 Lord rain inrepparttar 126580 time ofrepparttar 126581 latter rain; sorepparttar 126582 Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass inrepparttar 126583 field. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

And whenrepparttar 126584 daughter ofrepparttar 126585 said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, repparttar 126586 king said untorepparttar 126587 damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give it thee.

And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, untorepparttar 126588 half of my kingdom. And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of Johnrepparttar 126589 Baptist. But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink ofrepparttar 126590 cup that I drink of? and be baptized withrepparttar 126591 baptism that I am baptized with? And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far fromrepparttar 126592 kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Becauserepparttar 126593 Lord hath need of him. And he answered and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; and answer me: The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? And after that they durst not ask him any question at all.
