If You Really Need A Dating Quiz, Maybe You Shouldn't Be DatingWritten by Brian Fong
Q. My boyfriend failed a dating quiz. Should I dump him?A. If you're type that hates to be dumped, then you should dump him before he finds out that you even asked this question. If you put so much value on a dating quiz that you're willing to break off a relationship because someone "failed" it, then maybe you're not ready for dating yet. You see, a dating quiz is written for entertainment purposes only. I'm not trying to be sexist here, but they are usually written for girls and young woman, and they are designed to prey upon your natural insecurities. They are biased towards some unrealistic viewpoint of what perfect partner is and perfect partner doesn't exist. I remember a dating quiz that asked if my girlfriend reached over to unlock driver's door after I let her into passenger door. If I answered "Yes" then she would make a perfect wife. If I answered "No" then I should run away!
| | How to Exfoliate Dead Skin CellsWritten by Brian Fong
Exfoliating dead skin cells is one of simplest ways to achieve fresh and healthy glow of new skin. After all, that's exactly what exfoliating is -- removing top layer of dead skin cells and allowing new and healthier skin cells to rise to surface. Simply washing your skin with traditional soap and water isn’t enough. To remove those nasty dead skin cells you will need to exfoliate your skin on a regular basis. There are several reasons that exfoliating is good for your skin. Regular exfoliating gives your skin a more radiant look and a smoother feel. Over time, it can help to reduce appearance of fine lines and will contribute to your skin’s firmness and tone. It increases blood circulation in skin, helps to remove toxins, rids your skin of dry, rough patches, and can even help to break down and lessen appearance of cellulite, something we would all be grateful not to have. It enhances effects of daily moisturizing by allowing moisturizer to penetrate skin more deeply. Although exfoliating is good for your skin, it should be done in moderation. Depending on strength of your exfoliating product, most dermatologists recommend that you exfoliate your face one to two times a week and other parts of your body about three times a week.
