Why so many people are so desperate to keep shell of Terri Schiavo alive? Why some are so determined that every fetus be born. I didn’t understand until I heard on a radio talk show a man explaining to audience that brain was person. He believes that sum of an individual resides in brain, that all wisdom, creativity, and emotions of a person are held within synoptic working of gray matter. The brain as all parts of body are nor more what individual is than clothes she or he puts on every day. The body is to soul what clothes are to body. It is how soul manifests on earthly plane so that it may mature and develop. It is this misunderstanding of what life and death are that keeps so many living in fear. They do not realize that death is not end, but another beginning. When body can no longer function for what ever reason, soul discards it in order to move on to next lesson or better said to next life. By clinging or being forced to hold onto old, soul can not move on. In Terri Schiavo’s case, her soul is trapped in between. She can not go forward. She can not go back. Tethered to a disintegrating body by her brain stem, she is forced watch her family’s pain. She can not heal them or herself and because of medical interference can she find a way to free herself. Instead she held in limbo. The damage to her brain can not be repaired. No therapy can reactivate shorted out neurons. The fact that her body can not do simplest things that an infant can do only proves that damage is irreversible. A newborn can swallow and eat if fed; Terri cannot, which why feeding tube is so important to her body’s survival. You will notice I said body not Terri. She has crossed over; her body is merely existing because those who claim to love her refuse to let go. They care more about keeping shell alive than doing what is best for her. Her family won’t be free to heal until they accept simply fact that it was time for her to move on. As long as they continue to fight what was destined to be neither Terri nor her family will not find peace. Which brings us back to questions--what is a person? What is life? Is life a beating heart? Is it electrical activity in brain? When is death? When heart stops beating or when brain can no longer conduct electrical impulses? So many are attached to body, thinking that is all they are. They cling to flesh unwilling to see that they are so much more than physical. They believe that after heart stops beating or there is no longer brain activity, they will disappear into nothingness. While others realize that they existed before they were born into current body and will exist after they leave it. They see body as no more than their current favorite outfit, which they will discard after it becomes worn. They see themselves not as their body, but as an immortal soul, currently living in a human form. World Ascension Written by Theresa Chaze ASCENSION BY THERESA CHAZE Ascension is a two-fold process. In order for a species to fully join spiritual realms, ascension must happen both on an individual level and for whole society in which it lives. The spiritual and evolutionary processes are permanently connected. You can not climb spiritual ladder until physical body has been prepared to accept increased bioelectrical impulses. The physical mutations happen over generations as souls chose parents whose genetics will allow them to progress. As more souls become aware of process, they become more discriminating of where they shall incarnate. Therefore, creating an impropriate grouping of higher developed souls in certain regions, while others have a disproportioned of underdeveloped souls. This imbalance is causing many of current social, economic, and cultural problems, which have created fear, hatred and violence. The ascension process is best related to Eastern theories of Chakras. There are seven main chakras. The first is located at base of spine. It is center of survival instinct--the inborn need to fight or flight. It is characterized by fear of unknown. Its energy is seen primarily as red. The second chakra is need to create, whether it is to perpetuate species or in higher developed souls to investigate new ideas, create works of art, and to challenge known knowledge. Its location is two inches below belly button. Its energy pattern is seen as orange. The third chakra is power center of individual. It is where individuals self worth and self-determination blossoms. Yellow is it energy color. The fourth chakra is heart. It is connecting point between lower and higher trines. Whereas three lower are primarily concerned with survival, upper three work on a more ethereal level. The heart is cross over point. When soul reaches this level of development, physical aspects of life where they are person or society generated become less important than needs of species as a whole. Fear of unknown falls away as curiosity and need for wisdom becomes new focal point. This chakra’s energy is seen as green. The fifth chakra is also known as throat chakra. It is beginning of personal truths and courage to speak them. Its energy signature is blue. Purple is color of sixth chakra, which is also known as third eye. It is located on brow between eyes. It is ability to look beyond personal needs and desires for a way to spiritually uplift whole. The crown chakra is located at top of head. Its energy is white. It is at this point person connects directly with her/his soul and has access to infinite wisdom of universes. This is a brief description of individual ascension process. It is separate from whole, yet it is paramount to evolution of species. The ascension of a species follows same procedures, however probability curve for failure is higher with likely hood of increased set backs due to inability of majority of group to rise beyond their fear of unknown. Whereas law of free will gives individual right not to accept change, it is also main cause for slow progress of ascension for whole. In order to proceed, bioelectrical changes need to be disbursed evenly among people to insure genetic ability to rise above fear level. However, transmutation process must be handled with great care. If it proceeds to quickly or under duress, fear factor will rise and opposite effect will occur. Only by stabilizing current culture factors and allowing natives to grow naturally out of fear will general population be able to advance. There is not one set formula to insure success of this project. Each situation and individual must be carefully considered for specific needs. Only by slow deliberation, with patient consideration, will ascension advancement occur. The maturation process of individual is key to general ascension of whole. Only by supporting one will whole find stabilization and ability to grow beyond fear factor. While general ascension process has been frequently stalled and pushed into regression, individual, who have succeeded in their spiritual growth, have maintained their achievements, thereby making forward progress more accessible. These individuals are examples of what may be achieved and by their mere existence fight fear factor. They are guides and signposts their companions need to follow on ascension path out of valley of fear into security of love and wisdom. Only by increasing this number if enlightened souls may ascension of whole be insured. On physical level, process can move forward more rapidly and with little or no regression. Once genetic adaptations have been introduced, they are relatively permanent. Limited by size and physical build, Stone Age individual had limited motion and comprehension of her/his environment. This could be considered first chakra physical stage of development. The primary concern was food, shelter, and security. Once individuals began to develop communities, which grew its own food, established order and claimed turf, second chakra development was achieved. The third level is blossoming of individual. It is at this stage of development that personal needs, desires, and creativity begins to blossom. Individuals set goals for themselves and strove to meet them. Between third and fourth chakra, developmental growth suddenly shifts from physical to emotional and intellectual. The cognitive abilities of brain develop as body is called on to use less instinctive and more abstract thought. Reaching fourth chakra, body has made bioelectrical connections, which makes brain capable of fourth dimensional thinking. The ability of brain to transmit and tolerate higher energy levels makes abstract thought and concepts possible. The fifth chakra opens up souls need to share and redefine new thinking processes, therefore creating dialogues with others which stimulates neurons to higher, more defined synaptic activity. The last two evolutionary developments increase communication between hemispheres of brain, allowing creative, instinctive, and intellectual aspects to combine, which increases brains capacity to more rapidly understand theoretical concepts.
