Gery Carson was born in rural Nebraska and raised in a small farming community of about a thousand people. His mother was school's kindergarten teacher, his father town's postmaster. Their home home was modest and he was taught virtues of hard work at an early age. As a boy, he delivered newspapers and ran a lemonade stand to earn extra money.

Upon graduation from high school, Carson moved to "big city" of Lincoln, Nebraska where he attended college for a short time and then found his first "real" job as a draftsman with a local manufacturer. For over three years he dedicated himself to being best employee in company, never missed a day of work, and bent over backwards at every opportunity to help company prosper.

This morning, there was a Ladybug in shower floor.

I looked at it and it made me realize that most people are in same situation as that Ladybug.

She felt secure on floor ... until I turned on shower and water started to fall on floor. Then she got scared and she flew on top of shampoo bottle. But her wings could have carried her out of bathroom window. She could have flown wherever she wanted. But like most people, we simply climb to closest step.

So what happened to her right after really scared me.

When water started to bounce off my head onto shampoo bottle, she panicked and to my amazement, she flew back to floor where she once found security!!!

Don’t we do that?
