How to make "Self-Improvement" Work Every Time! Written by Bob Doyle
How to make "Self-Improvement" Work Every Time! There is an inherent problem with approach most people take to self-improvement of any kind. There is a presupposition that there is something wrong that needs fixing. Perhaps it is true that there are areas in their lives that they wish to change. However, mindset with which they approach transformation will very often NEGATE any positive results they might have. Why? Because all of their focus is on PROBLEM they are trying to solve, rather than their vision for what their life will be like on without alleged problem. There is a very basic physical natural law which ultimately determines ANY success on ANY level. This law dictates exactly what our experience will be from moment to moment. Best of all, this law is fully under our control at all times, even if we are not aware of it. This "law" is Law of Attraction. Most of time, you hear about this law in terms of how it will help you to attract wealth or abundance in general. However, Law of Attraction transcends just those basic desires. The Law of Attraction dictates that you will receive back exactly what you "vibrate"...that is, what you are FEELING. Where is your attention? Is it on feelings associated with problem, or with feelings of no longer having problem? If you approach self-improvement material with desire to "get rid of problem", and if all your feelings are on how terrible or frustrating this "problem" is, Universal Law dictates that you will simply attract MORE of those feelings...more of circumstances that brought problem to you in first place. The Universe isn’t "out to get you". It is simply responding to "request" that you are putting out by way of your feelings. If, however, you approach your self-improvement solutions with high positive feelings associated with what your life WILL be...if you visualize your success with your program of choice on all sensory levels, particularly on level of EMOTION, you will literally magnetically ATTRACT success you are looking for! Miracles will occur!

I think that we're all probably familiar with fairground rant 'take a chance, win a prize'. Whenever I hear this call to action, I immediately break out into a cold sweat. Whether test is to knock down 6 cans in pyramid formation or to throw a dart at a balloon, I'm there, almost hypnotically, pulling coins out of my pocket. And it doesn't really matter what prizes are on offer either. It could be stuffed panda bears, bubble makers or even Velcro wallets. What's important to me is rising to challenge and having a go. Now I know that many of you may have suffered from this ‘fairground fever’ at one time or another. But do you actually take this fearless enthusiasm out into real world when carnival is over? Taking chances. Taking a chance is effectively doing something that has an uncertain payoff. To use our fairground adventure as an example – playing a game where there is a chance you might win a prize and a chance that you might not. Now as nice as it is to win prizes, it is important not to become side tracked into believing that this is only reason you should play game, because it isn’t. To become players of life, we need to be continually growing and expanding our capabilities regardless of outcome. When we step outside of what is comfortable, not only do we become more adept at assessing risk in future but our innate ability to handle risk is also greatly enhanced. It is from this space that you will find prizes of life flowing naturally to you. Fearless living Can you remember your last encounter with someone that was truly fearless? Someone brimming with self confidence, unquestionable enthusiasm and bravado to take seemingly impossible risks? Chances are that person probably couldn't walk, let alone string a sentence together. That's right, most fearless people on planet are little humans we call children. You can do anything When we come into this world, we believe that we can do absolutely anything. We play, we experiment and we push boundaries of our existence on a daily basis. Why? Because it's fun and because we’re curious about world that we live in. We constantly search out unexplored frontiers with a wild fascination, often with little consideration for accompanying risks. Slowly but surely however, most of us become convinced by well meaning adults that we are anything other than invincible.
