For any theme party, stick to central idea and use it to design a simple but creative invitation. For a kitchen theme, for instance, you can cut out various shapes such as measuring cups, toasters, etc. A cute idea might be a toaster, with a slice of toast in a contrasting shade of construction paper popped into a slit. When they pull toast out, all information is written on it.

What about a beauty or spa theme? Just cut out invitations in shape of hand mirrors and write information on one side, then put aluminum foil on other side for mirror’s surface. Or fan-shaped invitations of folded paper for a touch of orient are nice, too.

Before getting married Before getting married, young people have to pay a formal visit to each other's parents. When visiting girl's parents, boy has to bring with him betrothal gifts in order to show sincerity. When gifts are received, then both boy and girl are engaged. When girl visits boy's parents, parents have to prepare a formal gift for future daughter-in-law.

In China, usually newly wedded couple will move to live with boy's family. Sometimes it is not surprising to see that they will live with girl's family. However, in these modern days, young couples would prefer to live alone without parents if they can afford to pay for a new flat or house.
