If you’re planning to conduct a presentation, here are some useful tips.Presentation needs an exhausting preparation. Decide first on topic that you want to present. Choose a topic that concerns your audience. Make a detailed outline or script. Then research on topic, note all important points. If possible use simple, familiar terms. Prepare devices you are going to use. If you are going to use a slide show, choose software you are most comfortable with. Examples of softwares are Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Persuasion and Lotus Freelance. You can also use Adobe PageMaker and Illustrator and other Illustration software. These presentation softwares will help you create high resolution slides and printouts. If you want an effective presentation make your slides more attractive. In creating a slide make sure that each slide has a basic idea. Use standard slide size, two by three or standard 11 inch slide. Minimize words from 15 to 20 per slide. You can use different fonts. The size of font should be readable and consistent. Do not overuse attributes such as bold, underline and italic. Use identical design that is relevant to subject. Use colors to add emphasis. You may add charts or graphs, photos and images.

There's a new plug-in in town. Buena Software has made available Au Naturel for After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Combustion. The software is a collection of effects that allows you amazing control over your image footage. With new plug-in, you could have effects that look like they might have been done in camera.The First Effect… The first of effects is Adjust Exposure effect. This is a combined brightness/contrast effect that allows users to adjust exposure. Users will be able to preview how much adjustments are made, as well as end result. With Au Naturel's 32 bit floating point linear RGB color space, results from applying effect to a layer often yield more natural effects. The Second Effect… The Directional Blur effect allows users to constrain blur to a particular angle. An added bonus in this plug-in lets user utilize two blur effects to change how edges of frame are interpreted. Instead of soft edge that reveals your underlying layers, users can mirror edges or simply repeat edge pixels. The Third Effect… The package includes a Levels effect that is an applications levels control but allows users to utilize values outside of minimum and maximum pixel value range. The Levels control also lets users to make adjustments on one or more of color channels or alpha channel. For that matter, many of effects in collection allows users to make adjustments on individual channels that lead to some very interesting and powerful results.
