(f) Restrictions onrepparttar 105333 goods or services franchisees are allowed to sell and any restrictions onrepparttar 105334 customers with whom they may deal.

(g) Any territorial protection to be grantedrepparttar 105335 franchisee.

(h) The conditions under whichrepparttar 105336 franchise may be repurchased or refusal renewal byrepparttar 105337 franchisor, transferred to a third party byrepparttar 105338 franchisee, and terminated or modified by either party.
