Name one of
most powerful and yet most ignored golf-training tools? Before I tell you what it is, let me also add that there are a lot of myths associated with this golf-training tool. Most are totally false, of course.
There are a number of people who have taken my advice and have used this golf training tool and some of
ones that I have worked with are in there 70s and 80s. Their games have improved dramatically.
The golf-training tool I am referring to here is weights or resistance training specific to golf.
Yes, I can hear you grown in disbelief. Still, I suggest that you listen to
facts.
Resistance (golf) training can be used in different ways. You can use resistance training to build plenty of muscles but that is not
golf training we are talking about here and definitely not
powerful golf-training tool that I am referring to here.
The kind of golf training that has helped many of
golfers that I have worked with improve their game tremendously is a golf-conditioning program using lighter to medium weights with more repetitions (12-15). And in a shorter time frame too. Usually not more than 45 minutes.
