Find and Catch Those Pesky Fish with a Garmin 240 Fish FinderWritten by NS Kennedy
Garmin 240 Fish Finder Depthfinder with Transducer - a review The lakes that I normally fish are deep and quite rocky, and I have been delighted with performance of Garmin 240 Fish Finder, which gives a clear picture of what lies below. The image of bottom shows great detail, and if it is showing fish presence then you can guarantee they will be there. It does a good job of indicating non-fishlines as well. It is at its best when performing in deep water, but perhaps isn't as impressive in shallow water. The Depth Control feature works well in continuing to monitor changes in water depth automatically while Whiteline feature determins bottom hardness well. The screen is easy to read, even in dark when backlight comes into its own. You can see controls easily. The Garmin 240 Fish Finder is packed full of features for less money than my old Lowrance, while features are easily compatible." Features The 240-by-240 pixel high-definition display gives you a clear picture of fish, thermoclines, structure and bottom surface. By using various shades of gray, Fishfinder 240 paints a beautiful picture, leaving little to interpretation.

Heading into combines, biggest story will definitely be Maurice Clarett, and how he can rebound from last year’s disaster. (Regardless of how his combine goes, keep in mind that before Adrian Peterson this year, Clarett was best freshman running back in decades.) If Clarett goes past first day of draft he will be a steal. Speaking of Draft; LB Derrick Johnson out of Texas is my favorite player coming out this year. He will have an immediate impact, especially if he goes to right team. I also think that QB Jason Campbell maybe a sleeper, I don’t think he should go before Alex Smith or Aaron Rogers, but I think he could make a good down road NFL quarterback. A lot of people are saying that this year’s slam dunk contest rejuvenated competition. Was it just me, or did Josh Smith not do anything we haven’t already seen. He did a Dr. J, he jumped ‘over’(it was actually more ‘by’ than over). The ‘Nique jersey was a nice touch, but really he just redid a bunch of old school dunks. How awful is ABC’s coverage of NBA? How is it that All Star weekend came and went and there was not a sniff of it on a major network?
