Eating Healthy -- Why?Written by Dr. Jamie Fettig
The most incredible thing you can do for yourself is have a big enough reason why that will totally light up your life and remind yourself of that reason every single day. We are going to go through a process to help you create your reasons why to make it almost impossible not to eat healthy. If you did this earlier you can do it with another area of your life now. If not DO THIS NOW! PLEASE.Action Step: #1: Figure out what you want. Remember, you can want more than one thing, and you can change what you want. Every one knows what they want, it is just some people are afraid. What if I don’t’ really want that, what if I cannot get it, what if I want something else. Don’t worry about all that. Go for what you REALLY want now, and if you want something else later, you can change your mind. So what do you want? Write down 4 things that really inspire you and light you up on a piece of paper now. 1. 2. 3. 4. Action Step: #2: Get yourself BIG reasons. You have to create reasons that are an 11 on a scale of 10. When you look at those reasons, they are an 11. They really turn your crank and light you up. The reasons are so inspiring they keep you inspired every day. So ask yourself why? Why do you want this? Write down 5-10 of reasons why you want what you wrote above.
| | Sinus pressure: infection next?Written by Marlon D. Ludovice
One of symptoms of sinus infection is sinus pressure infection. This happens when irritants enter to our body through nose, thus if becomes severe tendency therefore sinus membrane becomes irritated causing it to swell. Due to swelling sinus passages becomes constricted that result to blockage and congestion. Blockage causes confined air, puss and mucus in sinus cavities. There are four pairs of sinus cavities: - Frontal sinuses – this is located above eyes in forehead region - Maxillary sinuses – found on either side of nostrils in cheekbones - Ethmoid sinuses – located behind bridge of nose and at base of nose between eyes - Sphenoid sinuses – is found behind ethmoid sinuses and eyes. Each of these sinus cavities contains an aperture called ostium that opens out into nasal passages for exchange of air and mucus. These sinus cavities have mucous linings that continue up to mucous linings found in nasal passages. And with these linings there are cell called cilia that shift mucous from sinus cavities and allows them to drain down into nasal passages. If there are trapped air and secretions in obstructed sinus cavity that may cause pressure in sinus wall and this can result to extreme pain during a sinus attack.
